Relax with the whole family or have a fun weekend with friends in our peaceful spacious lake house in prime location. Take in the stunning lake views from the spacious deck in the brand new hot tub, relax on the porch, enjoy alfresco dining with the outdoor picnic table and BBQ, or have a movie night in the theatre room downstairs. The deck will become your new oasis watching sunrises or sunsets and enjoying the beautiful outdoors at Bear Lake.


Located a few blocks from the marina and in the heart of bear lake, our home offers an unparalleled, comfortable getaway for families and friends. Conveniently located across from the Utah State Marina, bike paths, and only minutes to stores, shops, restaurants, Logan Canyon, Cache National Forest, ATV and snowmobile trails, our home offers an unparalleled comfortable getaway that feeds any adventure or any group summer or winter!

The Space:
Close enough to the action, but quietly tucked away, this home can comfortably sleep 16 adults!

Enjoy open concept living! The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all connected on the top level and are the heart of the home for gathering, eating and creating memories. In the kitchen, you'll find all the pots and pans needed to cook a home cooked meal. With a coffee maker, utensils, spices, and mixing bowls, you will have all the essentials. The upstairs living room has plenty of seating, but if you want to put on a movie, enjoy the theatre room downstairs and get cozy!

The bathrooms are stocked with blow dryers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to bring the comforts of home to your vacation.

Exterior:
Enjoy ample outdoor dining space with 3 different patio dining sets to choose from and 2 huge trex decks with amazing views. Whether you want to sit next to the fire pit in the backyard elevated level under the stars, relax in our brand new covered hot tub, or take in the sunrise while drinking coffee on the top deck, we have a peaceful place for you to take it all in! Plenty of parking in driveway - but note, the driveway is a little steep.

Great family home

Great setup and plenty of space for a large group. Spent most of our time on the deck with the awesome view of the beautiful Bear Lake. Even a killer view from the hot tub.

Winter getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. You can communicate with the owner easily if needs be. I would definitely stay there again. The hot tube and theater were a plus.

Winter family ski trip

We take a ski trip each winter with our kids and grandkids. This house is convenient to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort and great sledding hills are also close by. The house was clean and large enough for big groups and allows pets which was nice. It has a hot tub which is a great way to warm up after being in the cold and snow all day. We loved our stay!

Extremely comfortable and convenient place to have a vacation. The place was very nice and had more than everything we needed and wanted. The only thing that we could point out was that the internet was lacking a bit, but we were still able to do most of what we wanted. Jacob was great to work with. Thanks again for everything!

Great stay

House was very well stocked with towels and blankets and I love that the cupboards were labeled. Made things easy to find. Love the view of the lake every morning and night from my bedroom window and the front porch too. Plenty of room for our crowd of 16. Washer and dryer worked great too. Jacob was very easy to work with. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful home, with gorgeous views! Our family very much enjoyed this home.

We stayed with 6 adults and 4 children. The littles loved the theater room and the grown- ups enjoyed the whole vacation! We loved having coffee on the deck and watchcing the lake. The house is close to town, and beaches. We also were about 45 minutes from Minnetonka Caves, which are cool. Definitely check them out when they're open. We only wished there was a baby gate provided as the stairs are quite steep. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect getaway!

This property was an absolute dream to stay in. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out and find our own space. There happened to be thunderstorms while we were there, so our beach time was limited. This made us so grateful we were staying in a great house to escape the storms. We watched movies and played games and the kids made a little hideout of the space under the stairs. I personally slept so soundly on the soft yet supportive mattress. This property truly was a perfect getaway and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location, amazing amenities

The house was great! The theatre room downstairs has room for 8 people to comfortably watch a movie. The upstairs sitting/dining area was huge and accommodated our whole party of about 12 adults with ample room. Grill and hot tub were amazing and the amount of lounge chairs on the deck, porch, and fire pit area were very appreciated. Only down side is the downstairs bedroom. The frames that are for the queen bunk beds are very noisy. The mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows/blankets, just don't plan on having adults sleep on the top bunk. Also, if you are in the downstairs bedroom, get ready to hear when people upstairs wake up. Would stay here again, but might make use of the couch bed upstairs.

Nice Getaway

This was a great property for us to stay at to enjoy Bear Lake. It had a lot of room and a beautiful view. Communication with the owner was great, too. The beds were comfortable and the theater room was nice to have. It had lots if extra blankets, pillows and towels to use, if needed, and lots of seating. The only negative things were that the bunkbeds in the basement were extremely squeaky and made a lot of noise when anyone moved. Also, we couldnt get anything to work to watch tv in a few of the bedrooms, and couldn't even find the remote in one of them. Lastly, the driveway is very steep! Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would stay here again!

Weekend getaway

My family and I have stayed here 3 times, we were excited to see the remodeled bathroom split into 2 bathrooms. The house was clean and comfortable. The new reclining couches are very comfortable. Five stars.

Amazing Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It has a wonderful view of the lake from the deck for relaxing, which we enjoyed on a daily basis. There is plenty of room for family and friends to visit and kids to play. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Budget Friendly Home

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for families looking for a getaway in Bear Lake. The location was great and the view amazing! We appreciated being able to take our small dogs. There was plenty of room to accommodate our party of 14. I would like to mention that this home has LOTS of steep stairs. If you have little ones or people traveling with you that find narrow, steep stairs difficult, I would look elsewhere. For the price, the home was really great.

Beautiful location and a lovely home!

We had a chosen family reunion this week at this lovely oasis at Bear Lake. It was a beautiful week! We had every thing we needed. Jacob was quickly responsive to any concerns and provided detailed instructions. The front porch view is spectacular! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We wil be back!

Great Family Property

This place had plenty of space for my whole family. It was in a great location, easy access to the town and everything we wanted to do. House was clean, driveway had been cleared for us and has plenty of everything we needed during our stay. I would stay here again anytime!
