Very nice room 10/10 will stay again. Perfectly located in the middle of daytona and ormand. Amazing views. Perfect garage to keep the bikes safe during bike week

We enjoyed it. There is construction on the property but that is an observation not a complaint. I was satisfied with the experience.

Super Fun!!

We absolutely loved every day that we stayed there the host is super nice!! I would definitely recommend staying there especially for NCA Daytona. It wasn’t super far and it was in a great location!!

This was our 2nd time staying at the property. It's a great place and the view is amazing!

Plenty of space, view is awesome, and the access to the beach is super easy! Only wish we didn't have to return back to the daily grind so soon!

A lovely place, and seamless check-in, but the daily construction noise starting at 8:00 every morning, just a few floors down, was very disappointing.

great stay

Great location, condo was clean and included many additional items that were available for use. Opener was available for anything that came up and check up on us several time though out our stay

Wonderful stay!!!

We had an amazing time here!! Everything you could possibly need is provided and makes for a very relaxing stay! The owner is super nice and extremely accommodating. The condo is very well kept and has amazing views of the beach!! Would definitely stay here again! 😄

Perfect location!

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo with beautiful direct oceanfront views and views of the river. Condo was very spacious, clean, and had EVERYTHING we needed and then some. This place felt more like home than just a vcation rental. Joe, the owner, was great to deal with, easy check in, and very convenient reserved space in the parking garage. I would definitely rebook when returning to Daytona.Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your property, Joe!!!

The room was as advertised. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. We had a great time. The furnishings were beautiful and we all loved the balconies.

Wonderful Place to Relax

This condo was the perfect place for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for all of us. All of the essentials were provided which made day one so much easier without running to the store. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of equipment available.

Location Location Location!

An 18th floor condo overlooking the beach - you can't beat it! We had a great week here. Deb is always just a text or phone call away, and she has left thorough instructions for anything you could imagine.

Amazing!!

What an incredible vacation. This condo will definitely be our "go to" home away from home. I hardly left the balcony. The amazing views were absolutely breathtaking. It felt like home. Very clean, inviting and relaxing. Phenomenal place for the much needed downtime and recharge. Will certainly be back!!

Cozy with great views

Amazing views on this rental property. Deb was very nice and the location was great to go to the beach and hangout at the pool. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room in the condo. The only thing that would make it better is a washer and dryer (there is a coin operated machine on each floor, and this was communicated so it wasn’t a surprise). We liked it so much we stayed another day and Deb was very accommodating.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We went on a family Thanksgiving getaway and had a great time at the Horizons condo. Joe explained the check in process very thoroughly and we had no issues getting in. The condo was just as advertised and we loved the view from the 18th floor. The building was under repair but it did not affect our time and we did not even hear them working. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony, which we could see from the ocean all the way to the Halifax River. We had 1 issue that Joe and Colleen addressed very quickly. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Great stay

We loved our stay and best views/patio setup I’ve experienced. Catch the sunrise on the East side over the Atlantic with dolphins in view, or switch to the master bedroom balcony to catch sunset over the Intracoastal highway, aka, Halifax river. We also parked our vehicle and drove on Daytona beach and parked right behind condo. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys and we had a great time. 3 bedrooms and a ton of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We went at Spring Break and a bit worried about parties. That was a non-issue. This is a great place for a medium size fam. The owner has a lot of nice breakables and it’s someone’s home. This was fine for us and came with some advantages for a family like ours to cook and have everything we need. We were fine with being careful of all the nice stuff. Would not bring a party crew here.

Property was private and exactly as described!

We had so much fun at Deb's condo. I had never used Airbnb to book a trip before and I have loved my experience. Deb's condo delivers the best views I've ever seen while staying in Daytona. You have an ocean front view with a wrap around porch that allows you to see the Halifax river. The condo is decorated beautifully with African masks and preserved butterflies. One of my personal favorite parts of the stay was the pool. There were only 2 to 3 people if any at the pool at any given time of day. The beach wasn't crowded in front of the condominium too which gave us plenty of room to play on the beach. Deb had plenty of beach towels, chairs, and regular towels and wash cloths to use during our stay. Just remember to bring quarters to use the washer and dryer on the floor. We didn't realize there wasn't a washer and dryer inside the condo so we struggled finding enough quarters to do our laundry. Overall we had so much fun and would love to come back here to this condo next time!

Nice View of the beach

The owner was in the condo when we arrived and answered some questions about the complex like where the trash goes and how to get to the pool and parking in the garage. She had trouble getting the front door code to work so she was there while we moved in. We weren't able to keep any windows open or doors without the blinds falling apart and things blowing off the walls. I got a phone call from the owner asking me to get her some information from the lobby and she showed up during our stay to bring mats for the bathrooms. I received a message on my phone the night before checkout that it was at 10:00 am and that the laundry needed to be done before we left. A few days after our stay I got an email with a bill for an extra cleaning fee because we didn't get the laundry done. I would have rather brought my own sheets and towels and done laundry when I got home. The location was right on the beach and about a mile walk to the pier and things to do. The spring break activities were fun for the boys!

I'm sorry the weather didn't cooperate but 30 mph winds break the blinds and blow pictures off the wall. You accepted the rental agreement, but left 30 used towels everywhere, and dirty pots and pans. You were not responsible for the sheets, just the pillow sham with a large intelligible ink spot. I was happy to explain where things are in the building even though I emailed you with detailed instructions and explanations prior to your arrival. All renters must sign in at the desk downstairs.

AMAZING VACATION!!!! AMAZING VIEWS!!!

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo with our daughter in law, 2 sons, and our 1year old and 5 year old grandsons. I couldn’t have been more satisfied!! Every morning I watched the sunrise from the balcony, Listening to the waves of the ocean right in front of me, with the most amazing view and breeze from the 18th floor of this high rise condo. Of course, coffee in hand. Was such a peaceful moment. This condo is very beautiful, very clean, very comfortable. Deb has everything organized from kitchen items to sun hats, to beach toys. ANYTHING u might need or want, it’s there!!! She has thought of everything!!! Plenty of towels, washcloths ect. The beds are so comfortable. I slept like a baby. Oh!!! And I’m a fan sleeper, she had several fans there also!!! She hasn’t forgotten a single thing. I brought too much with me. I didn’t need it. It is extremely quiet. Quick access to the beach, (we went 2 or 3 times a day). Grocery stores, restaurants, all a short distance. We will definately stay here again. And the host Deb. She texts or emails u back right away. Anything you need, she’s answers right away. Love love love this place. I could go on and on, but I’ve already written a book.

We all enjoyed ourselves this past week. The VBRO description was accurate, the property was cleaned and well maintained and the owner provided great customer service. The weather was very good for most of the days and the best part of the condo was the sunsets. We had almost a 360 degree view of our surroundings and you could see the sunset gleaming off of the ocean to the East as well as the inland waterway to the west. Standing in the master bedroom, you could see all of this from one spot. We went shopping and bought what we needed, but if we were missing anything, Deb had everything. Marie found a beach bag to use in the condo when we headed to the beach. There were plenty of spices and flour to use in breading the fish we caught on our deep sea fishing trip. Someone left a couple of microbrews in the refrigerator for us. We left at least one of ours when we left. And there were other items in the freezer including 2 tasty Klondike bars. There were plenty of towels, sheets and other items to make it seem very much like home. I told Marie and others who came over to enjoy the sunsets that we could be almost any where in the world and we wouldn't have had a better more beautiful view. We might go somewhere really good and have as good of a view - but we would not get a better view. That says a lot for this condo. The front desk person was as polite and sweet as can be and we felt very safe with the security precautions taken with the keyed entry to all of the entrances. The parking was greats and we used the beach chairs and sand buckets (for our 2 year old grandson). If we come back, we will bring bicycles to explore the beach and we would hope to lock them up in the garage if that is possible. There were 3 bedrooms and it slept all six of us very comfortably. We didn't feel like we were running into each other and that makes for a much more relaxing vacation. We would recommend this as an A+ and would like to return some day and we would highly recommend it to others. Thank you!

Very large, clean corner unit. Ocean and inter coastal view, well stocked with everything from Q-tips to aloe to dishes, griddle, just everything you find in your own home. It was awesome and we will most definitely come back to this unit. The host was absolutely amazing to deal with. I can't say enough about it. Do yourself a favor and grab this unit...you won't be disappointed. Excellent parking as well.
