This 1,200-square-foot private guest house features its own separate entrance and dedicated parking for up to three vehicles.
River Rock Guest House offers a comfortable space where guests can relax, gather, and make themselves at home. The home features two separate living areas, two bedrooms, a comfortable full bathroom, a complete kitchen, and a private backyard haven surrounded by mature trees.

Private Backyard Haven
Step outside into your own private backyard haven, a landscaped garden surrounded by mature trees and illuminated with warm evening lighting. The Lodge is the heart of River Rock Guest House—a warm and inviting great room designed for gathering and spending time together. The open-concept room includes a comfortable living area and dining area where guests can enjoy meals, games, conversation, or a quiet evening in.
The Lodge's comfortable sectional sofa offers a unique convertible design that can be transformed into an additional sleeping space when needed.
Settle in with the 65" TV and easy streaming access, or simply enjoy the comfortable surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. High-speed internet is available throughout the home for streaming, remote work, and staying connected during your visit.

Front Living Room
The front living room offers a separate space to unwind away from the main gathering area. A bay window overlooks the front yard and wooded area across the street, bringing a peaceful natural view into the room.
Furnished with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, this room offers additional flexibility for families, couples, or groups traveling together. Guests often appreciate having a second living area—whether it's for early risers enjoying a quiet morning, late nighters watching a movie, or simply creating more space for everyone to settle in comfortably.

Sleeping Arrangements
River Rock Guest House offers two separate bedrooms with additional sleeping flexibility in the front living room.

Rear Bedroom
The quiet rear bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a window overlooking the garden. The room also includes a dresser, a small TV, and a closet with an ironing board and iron.

Front Bedroom
The front bedroom features a full-size bed, nightstand, and corner cabinet for additional storage. The closet includes extra blankets and pillows, along with the bedding for the queen sleeper sofa in the front living room.

Kitchen & Essentials
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for preparing meals and includes updated appliances, a gas stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and the everyday essentials most guests need.
For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, along with paper products and other household basics to help make your stay simple and comfortable.

Delhi Metropark provides nearby riverfront areas, open spaces, picnic areas, play structures and river access. Guests can walk to the Huron River, the historic one-lane bridge, and the Border-to-Border Trail, a regional trail connecting communities throughout the area.
During warmer months, guests can enjoy a classic Huron River experience at Skip's Huron River Canoe Livery, with canoe, kayak, and tubing rentals along one of the river's most scenic stretches. Skip's is a 5 minute walk out the front door.
