Convenience, Space, and Charm!

Hi Leah, While we were especially concerned to read your comments regarding mouse droppings. We reached out to our pest control company to treat and investigate immediately. We have a professional pest control company that services the property on a regular schedule, and after receiving your review we conducted another thorough inspection. No evidence of rodent activity was found inside the home, kitchen, or otherwise and no subsequent guests have reported any similar concerns. While I trust in your word we proactively had our pest control place additional bait stations outside and inside the house. We take cleanliness and guest comfort extremely seriously. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival, and we continuously invest in maintaining the property to a high standard. For instance, all of the inside was repainted just last week. While we're disappointed that your experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we strive to provide, we appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve. Hi Lisa and thanks for choosing to stay with us! I'm sorry you felt the memory foam beds were uncomfortable...we purposefully chose different levels of firmness to the beds so folks could choose the one they liked best. In the description as well as in a reminder message prior to arrival we communicate that we provide a starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, and two rolls of toilet paper at each toilet. This is meant to get you started on a smooth stay prior to you going to any grocery store or otherwise. Unfortunately, when we provided an unlimited number of supplies in the past significant numbers would go missing. We certainly try to make adjustments to this as we are provided feedback so we appreciate your insights for future guests! Thanks so much and I hope you enjoyed your time in Conshohocken!

Just a quick note: we have parking space for 3-4 cars at the back, and we're in the process of installing a new dehumidifier. All house rules are listed in the property description, and our insurance provider requires guests to read and sign them.
