We also agree the floors should have been cleaner. We only wish you had called us during your stay. We would have gladly sent our team over right away to re-mop the floors and remove the cigarette butts immediately so you could fully enjoy your stay. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Hi Jennifer, I'm so sorry about that. Our office staff goes home around 8pm to get some rest and an after-hours service takes calls for the rest of the night. The service has the cell phone number of our island manager who can respond to any late-night emergencies or needs. There was a breakdown in their communication because they did not leave a note or notify our island manger. of the after-hours request. I will address that with our after-hours service, as I can imagine how frustrating that was.
