Townhouse in Private Lakeside Community

Relax and re-charge at this serene lakefront community. Bring the water toys and enjoy a private community pool and Lake or bring the skis and head up the mountain to Schweitzer! Minutes away from downtown Sandpoint and less than 15 minutes to the Schweitzer shuttle. Biking trail located just across the street from Westwood provides easy access to downtown Sandpoint.
The space
Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with loft area great for kids or work space. Fully updated kitchen, new gas fireplace, and in unit laundry. Private back deck overlooking a pond provides a peaceful setting to unwind.

Lots of natural wood throughout and a rock-faced gas fireplace give the condo a warm and relaxing feel.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a queen size pull-out couch in the main living room as well.

All new kitchen appliances including dishwasher. New Samsung front load washer and dryer.

65 inch Samsung QLED HD TV on main level and 32 inch smart TV in loft area. Log in to your streaming account on either TV, or watch cable on the main level TV. Blu-Ray/DVD player on main level as well.

Dining Table seats 6, and there is seating for 6 in the outdoor patio furniture as well.

Back deck is ground level and overlooks a pond that frequented by local wildlife.

Free high speed Wifi available.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full Westwood community amenities including heated pool and kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, lakefront bbq and picnic area, and lake swim deck. Guests will be provided full access to the condo and have access to the garage for any storage needs.

Easy self check-in via door keypad.
Other things to note
Guests will be provided tennis/pickle ball equipment. Bikes are available for use, and beach towels are provided.

*Please be aware that the swimming pool is only available during summertime (Memorial Day to Labor Day)Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.

Westwood has regulations regarding all guest stays. Absolutely NO pets, no parties/events, with Quiet Hours of 9pm-9am. No smoking.

Everything was as posted! It was quiet, CLEAN, and comfortable. We have stayed at quite a few places the last couple of years and this host did a really nice job of providing some extra items we truly appreciated (nice toilet paper, mini razor, lots of k cups and tea, etc). Check in/out directions were concise and clear. I know mattresses are always a point of contention in reviews, but I slept well, and this was one of the few trips my partner didn’t complain of back pain from a mattress! Would stay again!

This property is thoughtfully appointed with quality products (thick towels, nice plates and silverware, etc.). Hosts are engaged and responsive. Location is in a quiet lakeside short drive from downtown Sandpoint, convenient to dining, shopping and recreation.Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, cozy fireplace, great outdoor living space, and everything you could want from the welcome bag of snacks and cookies to plenty of dishes/cookware, towels, coffee, tea, toiletries, and more. Amanda and Chad were very responsive and welcoming. If I could give 7 stars, I would!

Fantastic stay. One of the best appointed rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the essentials including oils, spices, condiments, coffees, etc. They also provided us with some thoughtful treats and snacks. The property was peaceful with a gorgeous view of an autumn maple and the community natural water feature out the back patio. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is an easy 5 minute drive into the heart of town. Communication was easy, responsive, and accommodating. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again the next time we’re in Sandpoint.

Beautiful property that is very well maintained and stocked for guests. The neighborhood is great for families and close enough to downtown to enjoy Sandpoint throughly. Amanda was very attentive and checked in with us throughout our entire stay, curious if they could do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhouse in a great neighborhood

The unit was beautifully decorated. The owners provided every conceivable appliance. They also had hotel type amenities, dish, shampoo, toothbrushes. The kitchen had paper products, spices, dishwasher detergent. The laundry room had modern appliances and were fully stocked. So impressed. We could walk to the heated pool or the lake and fishing dock. There were bicycles for all different ages and helmets. Our visiting grandchildren had so much fun stopping by. Would definitely stay here again. Because there is no central air, only a large unit in the living room, the bedrooms could get warm at night if you didn’t keep the door open and the fans coming in. Beds were also very comfortable and there were towels, linens, beach towels provided. Owners were very responsive to any question.

Amazing Home!

This home is even nicer than pictured- cozy, extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need and lots of little things you didn’t know you needed! It was perfect for 4 adults and the lake was right there for our paddle boarding.

Exceeded every expectation!

This property is perfect for winter or summer stays. So clean, well maintained. The owners were communicative, easy access and the unit was so well stocked with everything you can imagine. Super impressed. The welcome bag was a very nice touch! A great manual provided to handle all your needs. I will definitely be back if we come to Sandpoint again. thank you!

Short ski getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a short trip to go skiing. The place was super cute. It was clean and had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Loved the gas fireplace. No complaints at all.

Sandpoint condo

Our group of four adults stayed here for three nights. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. It is a beautiful condo, well designed and well located. Every detail of the place is well thought out, and the appointments far surpass most condos we've stayed in. We'd stay there again

The property was in a good location, better if closer to town or lake but it easy to get to. The townhouse was immaculately clean, very well appointed and totally updated. Comfortable beds and soft linens too. There was nothing we needed. It was totally stocked with all necessities.

Wonderful stay!!

We come to Sandpoint a couple times each year to visit our son and his family. We have stayed in some really nice places but this condo is our new favorite. The location is very convenient to downtown Sandpoint and the surrounding towns, The condo was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners have carefully thought out what is needed to make their guests’ stay most comfortable and are super quick to respond if you have questions or concerns. The welcome bag with goodies and the completely stocked coffee/tea assortment was great. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. My husband and I are 70 and not at all disabled but I do not like to deal with stairs. There are no stairs to access the condo. The loft area is a cute and cozy fun spot -if you don't mind the spiral stairs- that the kids will love. We will definitely be trying to plan our future trips around the availability of this gem!

Absolutely Wonderful

Beautifully decorated and updated! Beds were super comfortable, house was stocked with much more than we’ve ever had at a rental, and so appreciated. Sandpoint is a wonderful town. Back deck/yard was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and for happy hour with the propane fire pit! Hosts were incredible and even left us a personal welcome note and a present! Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience!!

Condo was outstanding!

This was my first time booking with VRBO and was not sure how it would work out. It was phenomenal! Communication with owners were outstanding and check-in was a breeze. Condo far exceeded my expectations. They had everything that you could ask for. Location was fantastic and in close proximity to the lake. Backyard was enchanting. When coming back to Sandpoint in the future, I will definitely book with this place again. Highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. It was without a doubt, the best part of our vacation. Peaceful Setting in Beautiful Idaho

The hospitality of the owners is above and beyond. The townhouse is very nicely furnished with all you need, and attention to many small details. The setting is quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the pickleball courts and the new Syringa mountain bike trail system. Thank you for a making our stay so wonderful.

Beautiful, peaceful, immaculate property ✨

We absolutely loved staying at this home in Westwood. ‘Moose Tracks’ is thoughtfully decorated, with lots of little unexpected touches. This is one of those properties that goes above and beyond. Well supplied kitchen, bathrooms stocked with everything you need, towels and toys for the pool … They even had bikes that we could borrow and take for a ride around the neighborhood and into town. Would definitely stay here again. ✨
