Rocky Point's bedste familieferiested har noget for enhver smag. Vi har 3 puljer, hvor børnene kan tilbringe dagen, en jacuzzi til de ældre familiemedlemmer, volleyballbane for alle, et klubhus med et fitnesscenter for de atletiske, BBQ-områder til kokke, en restaurant til ikke at så talentfulde kokke, en dagligvarebutik for glemme og stranden for alle, fordi alle kan lide stranden.

Enheden er fantastisk, du har en unik condo, der kan sove op til 10 personer (6 voksne og 4 børn) Dette er et 2 værelses ejerlejlighed, det første soveværelse har en king size seng, det andet soveværelse har en king size seng, der er to sæt med to køjesenge og en sovesofa. Lejligheden er dekoreret smukt. Stuen er fantastisk. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med alle de basale apparater. Spisestuen er lille, men du kan få den til at fungere. Der er to badeværelser, et i soveværelset og et i gangen. Terrassen har en fantastisk udsigt og nogle havemøbler, som din familie og venner kan tilbringe dagen.

There was things that didn’t work when we arrived some where address with the property and take care of but the microwave didn’t work. We made due but wouldn’t been nice

Great place.

Furniture is a bit out dated. Otherwise it’sa great place with plenty of space for plenty of people. Right next to the beach. Very quiet even with the weekend party people, we didn’t get disturbed at night at all

Clean and Great Location

Place was clean and description was accurate. I wish there was shampoo and conditioner included so bring your own. People stopped by each day to make sure we had enough toilet paper and paper towels so that was nice. Can't beat the location to the beach.

Check-in is a little weird but great otherwise

First good stuff: Room was big. Beds comfortable. Everything as advertised. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy everything. Property is great, if a little old. There's a bar/restaurant on property that is fantastic. I'll stay again.

It was ok

The 2 story layout was nice and the 4 bunkbud option is great. There was 2 great patios but only enough seat for 3 people total so that was a bummer. The property security is really rude to the guests. They made us feel unwelcome which was so odd. Overall house was very clean but jusy didnt have a lot of the things you'd expect. There was minimal silverware, no beach towels, we ran out of trash liners, the master tv had no remote.....

We're glad you enjoyed the layout and the bunk bed option. However, I apologize for the issues you encountered, such as the patio seating, security staff, and missing items in the unit. We strive to provide the best experience and take your concerns seriously. Regarding the beach towels, I want to clarify that they are not provided by the property along with the property rental due to their high usage and special care. However, we do offer beach towel rentals at the front desk for a small fee of $2usd each, and we’re happy to provide them in the future if needed. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of the other issues, like missing silverware, trash liners, and the TV remote, during your stay. If we had been notified, we would have addressed them promptly. We encourage guests to reach out to the front desk if any issues arise. We will also address the situation with the security guards, who are not directly part of our staff. Plenty of space

We loved this property. We’ve stayed at the Princesa for many years now - in smaller condos since we weren’t a big group. The upstairs room is huge - but we didn’t like the mattress that much (soft if you like it- we prefer a bit more support and firm) The place is very clean and organized We used the stairs a lot so we got our workout! The Princesa didn’t have any water running for the showers at the beach so that was a huge bummer - not an issue of the apartment itself

Needs maintenance

The property just needs to be updated/maintained. The upstairs faucets are super loose. The upstairs sliding doors are “loose” and rattle a lot in the wind. The upstairs only has a small room a/c unit so it gets warm up there. The shower curtains are Ripped and Are just hanging. The space worked well for our group but the place needs some serious TLC. The updates the Princesa have done are very nice.

You get what you pay for...

Like other reviews have stated, this place needs some love and attention. It is hard to rate this because it was CLEAN... just dingy. If you want a super cheap place to stay and don't care about that, than this is perfect for you. We rented this with 2 families, a total of 8 people and it was perfect. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make some meals and Collins restuarant downstairs was great for when we didn't want to cook. The main confusion we had was where to check in and who gave us the keys. This property is managed by the resort and not an actual owner so it was not clearly communicated to us the process of check in. You just have to go to the front office. Also, there was no clear instructions on the wifi password info but we figured it out. Possibly we just missed them. All in all we had a great time on the beach and a place to lay our heads at night.

Comfortable stay. Perfect for family with kids or large group of people. All guests wear wristbands. No outside visitors allowed. Heated pool was a plus! Elevator was out of service for a few hours and I was surprised on how quick they fixed it. Condo with lots of space and comfortable beds; full kitchen with water, coffee, pots/pans, utensils. Perfect for staying and cooking own meals if needed. On-site restaurant was ok. Pool bar needs to increase hours.

Good family vacation spot

Working with Casago with great, fast, and easy. This property in particular, needs some major remodel. A lot of furniture is damaged or broken, light switches kept going out, the main living area sliding door broke within a day of our arrival, which thankfully the staff took care of immediately. The unit itself is huge and accommodated my parents, sister, two small nephews, my fiancé and I, but definitely could use some loving. There isn’t enough information about the unit on the VRBO which is a little frustrating with not knowing what is available inside the unit. But the property of Princesa is amazing, it’s our second time staying here and we love it. The staff all around is great, friendly, polite, professional. And the location is great!

First time was a great time

Security was great at the location as they constantly were looking to make sure bracelets were on for those on the premises. Housekeeping never came so we had to get our own toilet paper and stuff daily. Glass sliding door was cracked and in the sunlight we heard it (and saw the crack) crack more. When I went to the receptionist, they said they would send somebody up but they never came. I added some pieces of duct tape because the crack was dangerous.

Great easy stay in Rocky Point

My group of 5 young adults had a great time at this property for a long weekend. Beautiful beach and a quick walk to the bars.

Perfect Family Penthouse

We love princessa and we loved this room! It was clean and amazing! It’s one of the few that has the master bedroom on the top floor which is really cool! There’s 3 rooms so it’s basically like a regular 2 br but then add some cool stairs to a secret HUGE master bedroom, balcony, walk in closer and huge bathroom! It was perfect! We had 7 kids there and it was great! This is an amazing place to take a family to Mexico, have a blast and I always feel safe in Puerto Peñasco and esp at the Princessa!

VIEWS!!!

Large unit accommodated our family nicely. The grounds are amazing everyone had a blast! We loved that the beach is so close. This place had it all, you could eat at the cantina onsite and shop with the vendors on the beach and never have to leave the Princessa. There is a small convenience store to get ice, some food and snacks if needed. We especially enjoyed the balconies.

Lack of proper maintenance

Bathroom sink fell off, no handle on the balcony door, doors to both bathrooms not locking, roof leaking during heavy rain. Maintenance crew was able to fix everything but roof. The manager also gave us discount. But overall impression is poor, place lacks proper maintenance

This condo was better than the Las Palomas condo I stayed at in the past. The master bedroom is upstairs and was very private away from the kids. The bunkbeds in the kids room were perfect with the nintendo. Thanks Seaside for the great condo
