This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house sits on a breathtaking soundfront lot and is equipped with its own private dock located right off the back deck to make fishing, boating or even catching up with a good book a breeze. With water views from almost every room in the house, you'll never miss a sunset whether you're soaking in the hot tub or relaxing on the spacious decks around the home. The home has a spacious yard and an enclosed outdoor shower to allow for rinsing off the sand and salt easily!

Conveniently arranged with all four bedrooms on the main level, nobody will miss out on the family fun taking place throughout the home. A fully-stocked kitchen and seating for 10 is the perfect location for family meals any day of the week. The upstairs rec room ensures that even on a rainy day, the fun doesn't stop. Set up with a pool table, foosball table, arcade game and even a wet bar, there's entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

Exploring the OBX: A Speckled Trout is just a quick drive to the Atlantic Ocean as well as plenty of local shopping and restaurants in the area. Take a trip over to Manteo and visit the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island or even stroll around Downtown Manteo where there are shops and dining options to suit everyone's tastes!

Beach Access: Just a quick drive from the house! Jennette's Pier offers a large beach parking lot, bath house, outdoor showers, wooden walkway and is right next to the 1000ft pier with an aquarium, gift shop and a perfect spot for fishing.

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Policy Strictly Enforced. Boat lift and dock west of home is not for guest use. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
