On site parking for 1 standard car only The space Welcome to our cozy and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mews home nestled in the wonderful neighborhood of Dun Laoghaire. We're thrilled to share our family home with you! Please note that this really is our own lived-in family home when we live in Ireland so please don't expect a pristine show-house.
Located just a stone's throw away from the Glasthule and Sandycove DART train station, getting around and exploring Dublin's treasures couldn't be easier. And the best part? The beach is just a short 5-minute stroll (400m) from our doorstep, making it the perfect spot for those who want to be by the seaside.
Our home has a unique 'upside-down' design, which means the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen are upstairs. It's the heart of our home, where we gather, cook, and make memories together.
Upstairs, you'll find one of the double bedrooms with its own en-suite shower room, providing a cozy retreat for a restful night's sleep. This upper room has a king sized bed (150x200)
As you head downstairs, you'll discover two more lovely double bedrooms, one of which offers a luxurious super king-size bed (180x200) and the other an Irish double bed (135x190). The family bathroom with a bath ensures everyone's comfort and convenience.
Our home is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. It's decorated in a modern style, reflecting our love for simplicity and comfort.
Dun Laoghaire is a family-friendly area, and we're confident that you'll love it as much as we do. With the beach just a short walk away and excellent transport connections, it's the perfect base to explore Dublin's beauty while having a peaceful haven to return to.

PLEASE NOTE that we now have parking for 1 standard sized car only, any other parking arrangements aside from this would be guests responsibility Guest access The whole house is yours during your stay. Other things to note We have a 'Ring' doorbell with camera covering the exterior front of the building from the door looking outside to the road. There are also security camera at the back of the house pointed outwards (this area not accessible by guest). These have been installed for your security and safety.
