Lakefront cabin with great FISHING & FUN all year on Clear Lake in NE South Dak.

120' of shoreline with lake access all year around. Hunting, fishing, summer, and winter activities with life-long memories! The rental is near Stink Slough, Stink Lake, and other great ice fishing locations. Private dock allows boat/pontoon pull-up parking, off the dock fishing, and great water fun. (Pontoon/Boat lift available) Walk-in access to the water gives kids a good area for swimming and makes it easy for kayak, paddle boat, and paddle board launching. Star gazing while enjoying an open fire with your own firepit. A grass area allows plenty of room for many yard games and good yard space. 2026 23 ft Premier Pontoon available for rent for an additional charge.

Other items included with the rental: complimentary coffee for 12 cup coffee maker or Keurig, air fryer, crockpot, small George Foreman, Pizzazz Pizza maker, waffle maker, toaster, all kitchen utensils, cookware, TVs, extra 5.0 cu ft freezer, board games, beach towels, outdoor grill, several yard games, patio furniture, small outdoor shed, kayak, paddle boat, and 3 paddle boards.

Complimentary items: Coffee, coffee creamer, body soap, kitchen soap, hand soaps, paper plates, plastic silverware, dog poop bags, cleaning products, fish cleaning area

Other items available: wire dog crate (lg & md size), clothes iron, cake pans, cooling racks, coffee bean grinder,

Outdoor or water shoes and life-jackets are items to bring for your stay during the summer months of fun. SD Game & Fish require life-jackets for paddle boards and boats. We do have some life-jackets but it is best to have one that fits appropriately.

If there is a rainy day, there are several tourist attractions. Fort Sisseton State Park, Nicollet Tower & Interpretive Center (view of 3 states), Sica Hollow State Park, and Waubay National Wildlife Refuge are short drives from Clear Lake to enjoy the beautiful northeastern corner of South Dakota. Roy View Country Club, Britton Country Club, and Valley View Golf courses are within 22 minutes of Clear Lake with golf cart rentals available. Several other lakes within 15 minutes to enjoy other fishing options. Roy Lake State Park offers pontoon rentals.

Everything you would need for a weekend fishing trip. Very well stocked, easy to find, and even a heated shop to clean fish in! Would stay here many times over

Comfy Winter Stay

The property was well suited for a group of 7. We never felt cramped and we enjoyed staying in playing games as well as running around on the frozen lake. We would stay again.

Perfect Lake Vacation

Thia property was perfect and very clean! You can tell the hosts care about the property and the guest experience from the moment you step in the door. We caught plenty of fish, relaxed around a fire, and enjoyed watching sunsets from the dock. We cant wait to come back again to enjoy it all over again.

This rental has absolutely everything you need for a great stay. And if you dont have it already in the rental for you the hosts are great, they will help you find it. We are going back next year!

Place is right on the water and has everthing you could possibly need. If you don't the owners are right next door and will help you out. Thanks for the Great weekend. We will be back.

Wonderful cabin, perfect for our family.

We loved this cabin and host! We had everything we needed (and more) for a fun, family weekend at the lake. There was plenty of room for our family to relax and recharge and we had a perfect view of the lake. During our stay, we had a few questions and it was easy to communicate with the host and she always responded quickly. We will definitely bring our family back.

Fun Family Time

Home was as advertised, easy to find and nicely stocked with helpful labels. Sufficient supply of towels and blankets, since I think we choose the coldest weekend of the year...Easy access to the ice and fish cleaning area available for our use. The hosts were very attentive to any questions or needs.. We hope to return next year. Thank you for opening your home for a fun weekend.

Super Rental On the Lake

This was a family vacation, 6 adults plus 2 children. There was plenty of room, 4 bedrooms, spacious living room, large dining area, well equipped and stocked kitchen, plus extra amenities throughout. The home is right on the water and its own private dock. We enjoyed the extra-large deck and the awesome view of the lake. The hosts were responsive to all of our needs at a moment's notice. We will definitely book this home again on our next trip to the area.

The hosts were great--friendly and very responsive when we had a question about anything. We were extremely impressed with how clean this place was. From the floors to the counters and dishes, bathrooms and bedrooms, to even the windows and window SCREENS, the place was immaculate. Very soft towels and bedsheets, lots of extra blankets for lounging or sleeping with. The kitchen is well stocked with everything the listing describes, and then some! The coffee corner was fantastic!Now for the outside. The yard was plush and green, barely a weed or sticker in it. The deck was big and sturdy and had lots of seating for eating or hanging out. 2 docks!! 2 docks to fish and swim from! Having a boat lift is so awesome, we've stayed at lakehouses with a dock, but having a boat lift was so nice. All the extra water toys were such an added plus!We caught so, so many bluegill, a few perch and northern, and quite a few bass, small and largemouth. The water in late July was CLEAR as far down as light would reach, all the way across the lake. My 11 year old caught a 20" smallmouth!! And, oh.... the cookies she had waiting for us in the fridge!!!!

Cozy (yet roomy) Clean Cabin with Great Amenities

Lots of outdoor space - great deck space -loved that they had all the things: grill- fire pit- washer and dryer (we definitely overpacked and won’t need to next time) - kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils/dinnerware, etc. Bedding and towels are nice and plenty of room to sleep in such a cozy looking cabin. We already have next year’s stay booked! Hosts were great!

Our family of 5 generations have enjoyed Clear Lake with summer, fall, winter, and spring activities. We grew up in nearby Britton, SD. We have a grandson that has figured out fishing off the dock is exhilarating. We enjoy summer skiing, surfing, tubing, and hanging out on the water sandbar. During the winter, we enjoy ice-fishing, ice-skating, and snowmobiling on the lake. There are good opportunities to snowmobile near or around the different lakes in the NE corner of South Dakota.

We look forward to hosting to give others the opportunities to make lifetime memories at Clear Lake with their family and friends.

We recently had the opportunity to purchase the rental property that we are offering you. Our neighborhood is quiet with private parking area. The extra lake lot provides plenty of area of enjoying yard games and socializing around the firepit.

We live next door so we can offer a great experience during your full stay. If you forget something, there is a chance we may have it. My husband and family have spent many decades hunting and fishing the area, so he would be helpful when it comes to answering your questions.
The longer dock allows guests to take-in both sunrise and sunset views.
