Great Location! Close enough to a few restaurants to walk to; and easy to get in and out of the area if we wanted to drive somewhere. We always spend a lot of time on the balcony and the view was great! Great view of the beach and the pier. Also a very clean condo.

This was our first trip to Navarre and it was great. Summerwind is right next to the pier. The kids went fishing, and the wildlife you see from the pier is insane. The pier can be busy, but it never feels hectic at the condo. The beach chairs that come with the place are great. Get up early if you don’t want to reserve one. You can walk to several restaurants. The kitchen has plenty of pots/pans/dishes. We ate in most every night. I would bring ziplock bags/foil/salt and pepper. The third floor is perfect. Great view but doesn’t take forever to get to the beach! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There’s a little beach shop connected to the west tower. Super cute. And great prices for shirts and hats. I would recommend walking 1/2 mile to the Marriott cause there’s an ice cream place in there that has the most epic milk shakes! Best view of the sunset is from the pier!

Came for a spring break getaway. Great location and great views. The WiFi was not the best. Hot tub was great, pool was cool but my kids still swam in it and in the ocean.

This was our first time in Navarre and the location of the condo was great! Right next to the pier and walking distance to a few places to eat. Loved that is not far from the bridge driving over so you could hop across the bridge very easy and have access to lots of great places to eat, shopping and Walmart was not far. You are right in the middle of Destin and Pensacola! We even took a day trip to see the air show one day! The condo is as clean and as listed in the description. Not a far walk to the beach and the pool was great! Loved having beach chairs everyday, that was very convenient. Communication for lacking some, we were missing parking passes and given the wrong code. But we ended up getting a new code fairly quickly and getting into our room pretty quickly after reaching out. The parking passes took a few days to get and we kept getting warnings on our vehicles. Overall this was a great place to stay and I’d stay here again.

Just a fantastic stay. The communication enabled a smooth check in as well as check out process. Rooms were clean, linens were fresh, towels were plentiful. The views from the balcony were amazing. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very comfortable and roomy. The view is amazing. We are already talking about wanting to go back. The balcony is a great place to sit anytime of the day to watch the dolphins play and drink your coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening.

Great quiet location

Great location! You can walk to the Pier next door, walk to the Navarre park/Bay, walk to Andy D's for coffee or any meal! The food is amazing!
