Dear renter, many thanks for the feedback about your stay in the Villa Boaters Dream. I don't understand the part with the no amenities. In each bathroom are 2 toilet paper rolls (one on the holder used and new one on top of the water tank). A bottle of dish soup stay on the kitchen counter on a nice folded Towel. A small bottle of laundry soap for the first 4 loads are on the washer. And on the kitchen counter stay a box with Window Cleaner, Multipurpose cleaner, toilet cleaner, floor cleaner and hand satirizer and 2 garbage bags. In this Villa we have no quilts be having comforter. This comforter a so big that we can not wash them in the washer. Out of this situation, we pleased the renter not to sleep under the comforter. Use the blankets in the closet. It is a hygienic situation.

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. I will respond to the individual things. On the homepage it says under fees that you will be charged $0.20 /kW for the electricity used. You have to confirm the same with a check mark by your booking. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the amount, you sent us a picture of the electricity meter reading when you arrived and a picture on the day you moved out and that's exactly the consumption we charged. We have checked the pictures again and the consumption figures are correct. We will provide you with the normal amenities for the first few days. The provision for the entire rental period is not possible and not usual. We ask that you do NOT sleep under the comforters, as there are A - in each bedroom 2 blankets. The Comforter due to their size and heavy can not be cleaned in a normal washing machine. Therefore, they can only be washed in a dry cleaner. If you then use them as a normal blanket for sleeping, this is not hygienic. If you need them not to freeze, may the AC run too much. Then, it is correct that if you have 3 dogs, you have paid an additional pet fee of $450. Nowhere has it been written or said that the animals must be confined. I personally hate caged dogs. We only ask that the dogs not swim in the pool, or sleep on the furniture or in the bed.
