The space is part of a triplex build in the 50s by Miami’s first settlers who chose elevated land to ocean front. The neighborhood is nowadays knows as little Haiti due to the high influx of Haitian immigrants in the 70s but originally went by Lemon City.
It property is fully fenced and has a lush tropical garden to enjoy the fantastic weather. Parking is free off the street right in front of the property.
The internet is available as Wifi and via cable to the echo box. It’s unlimited and super fast.
The space has its own outdoor seating upfront and another table in the garden. There is a dining table in the kitchen and a work desk in the living room. A small couch faces the Yv and a bamboo divider separates the bed from the living space. The bathroom has a shower, toilet. The entire place has hurricane profe windows and doors with mosquito screens and there is a split unit AC to control the desired temperature.
