We stayed two nights earlier this month (2 couples) and were pleased to find a well equipped clean condo. Our host relayed thorough instructions and responded to any questions in a very timely manner. One point our host made, the numerous steps to the entrance, something to be mindful of. Fortunately, they were not too much of an issue!Parking was sufficient and the condo is in a great location. We definitely recommend the rental of this condo!P.S. There is an ice machine in the freezer!!

Host was super helpful and responsive to texts. Neighbors above us were very loud but that’s the only downfall to this unit. Loved the ski in and ski out access. We would totally stay here again!

Holiday Valley gem! This unit has been updated with a beautiful kitchen and fun decor. Our family of 3 found everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I even meal prepped for our son who is staying in another unit. I checked many units on VRBO before choosing this one and I think it is maintained better than most.

Joseph (the host) is very attentive and provided clear instructions and advice to make it easy to access and get the full use of the condo. The condo is recently renovated, clean and comfortable. It is a great location with easy access to the slopes and short drive into town. We would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to holiday valley.

Great house for a weekend trip!

My friends and I had a bachelorette weekend at this house and it was very clean, beautiful and the house was fully stocked with everything we could need. Josh was a great host and we would stay here again! The location is very quiet in the off season which was relaxing.

Family ski trip

Absolutely perfect location adjacent to Snow Pine lift. We were able to ski right up to the back deck. The condo has all the modern updates. We have stayed in 5 different places around the Holiday Valley area, and this was by far the best.

We loved the space! The space was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals and enjoy our stay. The hosts were in touch with us during our stay and got back to us quickly. We’ll be back. Possibly with our kids next time since there’s plenty of room. Thanks!

We make it clear that there is a staircase to enter the building and have a photo of it on the listing. It’s unfair to leave a poor review because of stairs that you knew were there.

Nicely renovated property near the slopes

We stayed in this building last year and this unit was much nicer and recently renovated. The unit is on the "ground" level which would make skiing off the patio convenient (had their been sufficient snow to do that). Instead, we drove to the Holiday Valley lodge (there is a shuttle that picks up at the unit too) and snowed the slopes that were open. The kitchen was well equipped for the few days we stayed there. The beds are on the firm side (at least for us). Everything was very nice! We'd rent this unit again.
