This beautiful home is fully furnished with boho decor and features an open living plan with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, downstairs family and dining room, and a separate loft with a small office area upstairs. A laundry room with washer/dryer is upstairs for convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a walk-in pantry, large counter space, and plenty of storage. Enjoy your morning coffee or a nice meal in the private backyard which features an outdoor table and seating area.

Bedroom 2: One queen bedroom with extra storage in the closet.

Bedroom 3: One king bedroom with two nightstands for extra storage and a closet.

Bedroom 4: One full bedroom with two nightstands and a walk in closet.


BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1: En-Suite master bathroom with double vanity sinks, toilet, and separate shower and bathtub.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with double vanity sinks, shelves for storage, toilet and tub/shower combo. Located upstairs across from bedrooms.

Bathroom 3: Half bathroom located downstairs.


LOFT:
Located upstairs the loft has a small children’s area with toys, books, and an easel for drawing. A small desk area is located in the corner of the loft and a large seating area is perfect for watching your favorite shows or movies on the 55” Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
The spacious kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, deep basin sink, self closing drawers, and stainless steel appliance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, Keurig, dutch oven, blender, pressure cooker, flatware, dishware, and cookware.


FAMILY AND DINING ROOM:
Entertain family and friends in the open concept family and dining room. The family room has a large sectional, a 65” Smart TV, and surround sound speakers with bluetooth capabilities. The dining room has a large dining table perfect for families. Additional seating for four people is located at the kitchen counter.

INDOOR LIVING:
Three flat screen Smart TVs, board games, children’s toys and books, air conditioning, heater and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, family room, and loft. In-unit washer and dryer are located in the upstairs laundry room.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Fenced in backyard, covered patio, and dining table with seating for four people.

GENERAL:
All linens and towels are provided and fresh for each new stay.
High-speed internet, security system, and Wi-Fi is provided.
High chair and pack n play provided for families with children.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a “starter kit” to help our guests get settled without needing to rush to the store.

Our “starter kit” supplies backup items such as laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, trash bags, k-cups, and cleaning supplies for accidents or the quick touch up.
