Bathrooms
Two Baths, One in Master Bedroom, Other located in hallway sharable between two other rooms. All are stocked with fresh towels.
Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax and enjoy. However, guests will only have full access to the upper level of the home.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are a non-smoking property. If evidence of smoke/vape (smell, butts, and ashes) is inside and if there is smoking trash left outside there will be a fine.

This home is not pet-friendly due to severe allergies. For guests with service dogs who cannot find other accommodations, please let us know ahead of time so that we can mark it on your booking. We may ask: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
Please also be aware that while we do not require a pet fee for service dogs upfront, if the service dog in question is not properly potty trained we may require a fee to be paid for an area rug or furniture cleaning afterward.

Doorbell Camera
This home does have a doorbell camera for security reasons. There are no cameras inside of the home.
