Located in a charming beachfront residence, this sea view and quiet apartment is on the top floor accessible by elevator, promising a relaxing living experience.
The living room:
Basks in the southern sun, welcoming light throughout the day. Merging with an open kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals and chat with the inspiring sea views.
Balcony:
Offers a delightful dining area with the sea and greenery view, a perfect spot for relaxation, whether to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets on the horizon.
Main bedroom:
Oriented to the east, inviting the gentle morning light. It features a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a wardrobe.
Second bedroom:
Facing west-north, provides a peaceful view of greenery, and features a double bed(140cm x 200cm). For those seeking remote working, a comfortable workstation equipped is at your disposal.
Kitchen
Morden and fully equipped, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave. All essential kitchenware is provided, enabling you to effortlessly create culinary masterpieces.
