Boogie boards and chairs too. I offer 5-star accommodations because I know what I would want, clean, quiet, and convenient. Welcome!

Nice Location - under construction

Apartment was under construction and the codes to get into the unit were the same as the codes to get into the backyard. Maids did not come on the days they were supposed to and had to call about it. The manager was incredibly responsive and did her job well. I rented this for an employee visiting and will probably not use again.

Awesome place right by the beach!

I love staying here. This was my second time and it’s just as peaceful as I remember. The hot tub is a great bonus and the walkability of the neighborhood is also great. I’d definitely stay here again.

Horrible communication and experience.

I hate to write this review, but I want to warn people against reserving this accommodation. I communicated with the host in a friendly tone from the time of booking until the day of the reservation. Maintenance work was mentioned, including the lack of a toilet and the presence of a snake, which shocked me and completely ruined the mood for a weekend getaway. The host wrote, "Things should be fixed by check-in time," but did not provide any reassurance.At check-in time, while still at my original location, I sent a message requesting written confirmation that everything was safe, but I did not receive a response. In the absence of a response, I requested a refund. Two days later, the host mentioned having connection issues but still did not confirm that a refund would be provided. I never checked in.

Cozy spot close to the beach

I loved my stay in the guest house. The space is tight but not misleadingly so – what you see is what you get. All fixtures worked properly. The space heater is a little underpowered so be ready to run it for a while on a chilly day. Bathroom cleanliness could use a little work. WiFi was good enough for the streaming TV but I had problems with dropouts on my laptop. The jacuzzi is great! You’re a short walk to El Segundo beach which connects to the bike trails north and south.

Good place to stay by the beach

This small unit is close to the beach and town and other points of interest. Please note that access is at the back of the house through an alley which was an issue for me as far as parking. Good communication with host and other renters on property.

Little bit of heaven on earth.

This little bungalow was so perfect for my stay. It is small and quaint and has the most beautiful song birds that sing all day long. It’s a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to a cute little downtown area. I almost rented a car but I’m glad I didn’t. It suited my needs perfectly. Carrie is a superb host. She responds quickly and was very great to work with. I WILL be back!!

Just right.

The property manager is the best. She reached out and made sure I was satisfied. There was a nice bottle of wine waiting for me. Loved the jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Very close to El Segundo business district and the beach. I would stay there again

Amazing stay

Carrie is a very attentive host and is so kind! She made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is ~10 mins walk to the beach and minutes to restaurants. As a bonus, the VRBO has a jacuzzi!

Amazing place, amazing location!

Wow! Just a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants... I was so pleased with this location as it is very central and just a quick jaunt to LAX, UCLA and all of the other things central and west LA has to offer. Also my first stay in El Segundo which is known as one of the safest places in Southern California. Loved my stay!

Perfect place!

Loved my stay at this beach bungalow! Very clean with everything I needed to feel at home. The hot tub and use of the bicycles was an extra added bonus! Communication with the owner was excellent. Planing to come back with my spouse at some point!

We are in the South Bay in Southern California close to SoFi, close to the beach and everything is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

It's unique because we are just 4 mins to the beach and we also have a jacuzzi. The space is private with your own entrance.
