Great stay

No complaints the house was clean and the area was beautiful nice and quiet. Everyone was nice and I had a great experience I will highly recommend.

Yes everything was great ! Only complaint is that the hot water runs out very quickly! We all took 2 minute showers baths and it still got cold quickly.

Hi Allyson. I’m so sorry that you had this issue as this is the first time that I have heard of it. I can only imagine due to the extreme cold that somehow maybe the whole water flow system and the boiler were maybe not working 100%. Ski Fun

The Townhouse was wonderful. It had all the amenities needed and was a short drive to the Windham slopes and town for evening fun. We’ll look to rent it again for our next trip to Windham.

Winter ski paradise!

We had a fantastic stay at Windham17! The condo is in a perfect location, close to the town of Windham and both Hunter and Windham ski mountains. There were so many delicious restaurant options and shops and a local movie theater nearby. The house was immaculately clean, so spacious and bright and fully equipped (not to mention very comfortable beds and bedding!). We will definitely be back!

difficult quarters

The host never responded to my concern of my 92year old Father and his walker. He was unable to get around everywhere downstairs, including the use of the bathroom and the host did not communicate with me...i emailed saying how uncomfortable we were and leaving earlier than booked for. the host never said anything and this this really surprised me.

Dear Leesa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns for future guests. When you initially booked the property, there was no mention of your elderly father or your cousin’s recent knee surgery. After you requested to change the dates of your stay, I gladly accommodated that request and moved your reservation. It was only after this change that you mentioned your father and cousin would be joining you. Since the townhouse is a triplex with stairs leading to the bedrooms, I assumed, based on the detailed listing and photos, that you were aware of the layout. I also want to clarify that you communicated with my property manager, Sue, who responded promptly to your concerns. Sue explained the layout and confirmed that it was clearly shown in the listing. Additionally, I would like to point out that there is a bathroom located on the ground level with no stairs, so access to the bathroom and moving around should not have been an issue, as mentioned in your review. Although our no-refund policy is clearly stated, I offered a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture, which amounted to $115, in hopes of helping with the situation. I must respectfully deny the claim that I was unresponsive. I made every effort to communicate and resolve the matter. For future guests, I encourage you to review the property details carefully, especially if there are mobility concerns, as the townhouse does have multiple floors. I appreciate your understanding, and I hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the area. Best regards, Patricia
