Great Location

Perfect location! First floor for easy access, but still has an amazing view of the beach since it’s on the far corner. It’s also near the public beach access that has a ramp, so this would be great for young children or anyone with mobility issues. The condo unit was well maintained and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating too. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the perfect location and appreciated the easy first-floor access paired with those beautiful beach views. It’s great to hear the proximity to the public beach ramp was helpful, especially for families and guests with mobility needs. We’re also happy to know the condo met your expectations in cleanliness and maintenance, and that our front desk team made you feel welcome. We’d love to host you again anytime!

Great Condo!

We had a great week. Condo was very clean and updated nicely. Our only issue was with the door access code only worked about half the time. We got a key from the front desk so it was not a big issue, but the door access keypad may need to be replaced. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

Perfect STR. Had everything you need to stay a full week. Beautiful location. Only suggestion is there are so many kitchen amenities that the cabinets are full and there is no room in the cabinets to put any groceries. This is our first 30A trip and this place made it memorable. We will be back.

The view is amazing loved the condo the beach is public so it was very crowded so if you’re a beach lover be prepared to get up by 7 or so to get your spot there was a problem with the door codes not working several times staff was helpful though

Absolutely wonderful!

We had the best time on our trip and this condo made it seamless and relaxing. The location is perfect, the views are stunning, and the unit is stocked with plenty of dishes, linens, etc. My only complaint is that the master bedroom ceiling fan needs replaced. It squeaks when it’s on and the installment isn’t secure anymore. We would stay again!

Thank you for the lovely review! We're so glad the condo helped make your trip seamless and relaxing — sounds like the perfect getaway with stunning views and thoughtful amenities. We appreciate your note about the ceiling fan and will be sure to pass that along to the property team. Looking forward to your next stay!

Amazing!

This condo was everything we hoped for! First floor location was beyond convenient. Easy parking and you walk right up to your door. Two luxurious king sized beds...so comfortable! Kitchen had everything that you will need. A perfect gulf view where we watched birds and tons of dolphin from the patio. Did I mention it was hard to leave the patio?!?! The beach is just a few steps from the room and so easy to come in and out from a day on the sand! Close to anywhere you want to go on 30a. We loved our stay!

Convenient

There were some disappointments: 1)advertised a workout facility, but when we arrived it was under renovation. 2) bathrooms need some deep cleaning (mold present in shower, only one hair dryer was clean enough to use) 3) area rug in living area was in need of cleaning. On the positive side, access to the unit was wonderful! No need to use the elevator.
