The property is well kept and our unit was very nice. We loved the convenience of the check in and out process and easy access to the beach. We had one condo and our siblings rented two others on the same floor.

The condo location was perfect, the view was beautiful! We had a super time. There was only one thing not liked and that was the bathtub would back up and drain slow when you showed. That is just a tiny little thing! I will stay here again due to location and cleanliness!!! Thank you for a great vacation

Beach view was excellent. Relayed minor issues upon departure to property manager who said they’d have things looked at after our stay. Parking was easy - would be nice if lot was paved.

Fantastic Location

Family vacation 2022

We had the greatest time in this cute property! It’s a perfect vacation spot really close to the beach, easily accessible for kids to walk, and the view is amazing!!

Great Experince

We come down once or twice a year, this was by far the cleanest condo I have been to yet. Great place, perfect for a couple or family of 4.

We have no complaints about this beach rental. This was in a great location with a clean space. The smell of clean welcomed us right through the front door. The views were perfect and we saw dolphins from our porch about 4 mornings of our stay.

Best place to stay in FL! Right off the beach, easy to get to food and entertainment and shopping! Free parking and pool access. Cleanest place with kitchen and balcony with ocean view. Loved it! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Spring Break

This is in a great location, it was a clean condo, a nice warm pool and everything we needed! We will be back soon. No complaints except for the folding door in the master bedroom, it wouldn’t stay open long enough.

Weekend getaway

2 adult women. Beach close view perfect but next time we would want 2 bedroom so someone is sleeping in the hall in a bunk bed. The bunk was not comfy and too hard

Great ocean view!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Summerspell #308. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The only downside is there is no elevator so carrying luggage and groceries up and down three flights of steps was a little difficult. The beach was beautiful as always and the crowds were minimal since we were there at the end of October.

Not a dan of the congestion there ,helicopter over us all the time, could here neighbor beating on walls and hard to find parking because people from brach and pompano Joe's parking there.

Great Location & Balcony

Nice place with a lovely balcony. Heated Pool. Easy access to the beach. Loved the joint standard Coffee Maker and K Cup set up. We definitely would stay here again. The only downfall was no curtains in the main bedroom. The blinds didn't block all of the light from the back hallway.

Miramar Beach

The property was nice, we were booked into a smaller facility and 30 minutes before we were to arrive we were called and told our condo didn’t have any hot water and they would try to find another one for us. About an hour later they called an found one in a much large faculty. The condo was very nice and our stay was good.

Great location and affordability

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo during July 4 holiday. We typically rent 2-3 bedroom condos because our 3 children range in ages from 22 to 10. However, this condo was so much more affordable than the 2-3 bedroom condos and the location/proximity to the beach is fantastic. Our 2 girls took the bunk beds and our son used the sofa sleeper. It was quite cozy and not having individual bedrooms resulted in alot more quality time spent with each other. The condo was clean, plenty of towels, cutlery and dishes. The view and location are great. Lots of families and small children were in the complex, very family friendly. Value for the money can't be beat.

When we first walked in the place had a weird smell. Even my kids said what is that smell? The master bedroom bed was so hard and uncomfortable. We kept on waking up through the night because we were sore from the bed. Another thing the master bedroom only has blinds so at night all the outside lights come through which makes you’re room very lighted and hard to sleep not dark at all. The balcony view was fine bc we could see straight to the beach and to the pool area.

The perfect spot

My husband and I brought our 2 and 4 year old here for 4 days and it could not have been more perfect for us. So close to the beach. The beach access is directly across the street. It is a public access but was not crowded at all. One of us would take our car full of chairs and toys to the public lot around 9am so that we wouldn’t have to carry it all across the street. We were able to get a front row spot every day. I was worried about having a third floor unit with two little ones, but the stairs weren’t steep at all and they led almost directly to our front door. The view from the third floor was just perfect. We will definitely be back!
