Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. During your stay, the only concern we received was that the doors were jamming. We inspected them immediately after checkout and were unable to replicate the issue, but we'll continue to monitor them to ensure they're functioning properly. The other concerns mentioned in your review were not communicated during your stay, so we didn't have the opportunity to address them. Our tiny home is equipped with a compact water heater, which provides a shorter supply of hot water than a traditional home. The outdoor cold plunge is cleaned and maintained regularly, though as an outdoor amenity it can occasionally collect natural debris between cleanings. The mini-split air conditioning system is a newer unit and was found to be operating as designed after your stay. We also wash and replace all bed linens and thoroughly clean the shower before every guest's arrival. During our post-stay inspection, we did find hair dye stains in the shower that were not present before your stay. While these required additional cleaning, we chose not to charge for the extra work. We value honest feedback and encourage guests to let us know about any concerns during their stay so we have the opportunity to resolve them promptly.
