Located in a highly desirable area of Pelican just 4 miles from the Cape Harbour Marina! It is a great location for easy trips to many parks, excellent dining, shopping and fun entertainment for all guests. Enjoy stunning sunset views by the pool or fish from the dock on the freshwater canal in the backyard! This home has soaring 12ft ceilings with an open concept layout that offers plenty of space for large families. 85" Samsung Smart TV in the living room! An arcade room that is climate controlled with 8 different arcade games! The many features this home has to offer will please everyone on your next getaway!


Kitchen-

Glass and plastic dinnerware for both adults and children, eating and serving utensils, basic cooking utensils, meat thermometer, knife block, measuring cups, mixing bowls with lids, cocktail mixing set, pots & pans with lids, salad spinner, colander, toaster, electric griddle, ninja blender, hand mixer, crock pot, waffle maker, ninja k-cup coffee maker with coffee provided, kettle with tea provided, French press coffee maker, baking sheets, cooling racks, muffin tin, cutting boards, serving trays and much more.

Bedroom 1-

The first bedroom contains a King-sized bed. Private access to pool & patio, combined with room darkening curtains, create a peaceful setting for a good nights (or days) sleep. This room has a 65" smart TV. There is a built-in crib for if you're traveling with infants. This room has its own private bath. As well as a place to hang your clothes in the walk-in closet during those longer stays. In the closet you will also find a noise machine, luggage stand and an ironing board.

Bedroom 2-

The second bedroom contains a King-sized bed. This room has room darkening blinds as well, so you don't have to wake with the sun unless you want to! This room has a 55" smart TV. In the walk-in closet, you will find a full height dressing mirror, a roll away single bed with extra bedding, noise machine and a place to hang your clothes for the longer stays.

Bedroom 3-

The third bedroom has 6 single beds, perfect for the kiddos or adults! In the walk-in closet, you will find a pack n play for if you need one, a roll away single bed with extra bedding. Also, a place to hang your clothes for the longer stays. In the closet you will also find a noise machine.

Bedroom 4-

This room consists of a pull-out queen size memory foam bed. There are pull down room darkening shades. This room has a 75" smart TV. Bedding is located in TV console. The doors close for added privacy.

Dining-

There are 4 counter height bar stools along with a 6-person dining room table and a highchair. Enough seating for 10 guests.

Laundry-

Full-sized Samsung smart washer & dryer. Laundry soap, iron and a steamer are provided. As well as a mini sewing kit. There are basic cleaning supplies under the sink, feel free to use if needed.

Office-

Workspace is in a private room with a door to close the noise out. The office is stocked with basic supplies along with a wi-fi printer/scanner.

Parking-

There is room for up to 4 vehicles to park in driveway. If extra parking is needed, parking along the roadway in front of home is allowed. Please do not park on neighboring property.

Arcade Room-

You will find many games/toys and a 75" Samsung TV. Along with seating to relax. This room maintains the same temperature of the home to ensure total comfort! This area can be used for extra sleeping arrangements if needed!

HEATED Pool & Covered Patio-

The pool is heated and screened in by a covered lanai, with ceiling fans in the seating area to ensure a comfortable breeze. Plenty of seating & lounging areas. Pool toys, goggles, infant/toddler floating devices & much more provided.
(Pool is heated to 85* year-round at no extra cost to our guests!)

The home also is stocked with fishing poles for adults & kids along with a stocked tackle box, beach toys, beach mat, 2 beach chairs & an umbrella, cooler, sunscreen, kayaks & boogie boards.

First Aid kit is located above the fridge. Fire Extinguisher is under the kitchen sink.

No events or parties of any kind will be tolerated.

No smoking.

Pool maintenance is done every Tuesday morning between 9am - 11am. They are usually done within 20 minutes.

Lawn maintenance is done every Wednesday between 9am - 12pm. They are usually done within 20 minutes.

Exterior of home is sprayed for pests every other month.

Garbage is picked up every Tuesday morning. We kindly request that you place the garbage can at the end of the driveway on Monday night for trash removal. Any boxes can be placed on the side of the road next to the can.

Please Be Aware: We do not offer refunds for events that are out of our control as hosts. These events include inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, or acts of God. Breaking of the house rules will result in a $500 fee, plus the cost to repair any damages made.
