Rocky bottom lake vs nice sandy lake

Disappointed in Lake bottom was rocky and extremely unpleasent to walk on thus we did not enjoy as we hoped. Extra fees for VRBO and "host" not displayed in property listing. Risk of 50n charge if incorrectly contacting property management

We did speak with you about the items you mentioned. We had the opportunity to hear your concerns and explain the origin of the host fee, as well as its location on the VRBO reservation. We appreciate your comments regarding our fees and have reviewed them. Thank you!
