SORRY, BUT NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. When sending a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** With your booking request, you must submit the names and ages of each person that will be on the property - Please remember that no children are permitted on this property. This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life!!

Fonda and Brandon are the best hosts we've had. Not only is the location an absolute dream, but the property is clearly cared for to create the ideal experience. The view is unbeatable, and the little touches make the stay unforgettable - from cozy outdoor blankets to fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms, plus snacks. We eloped here and couldn't have asked for a better experience; we're already planning anniversary returns. Every part of the experience was above and beyond expectations.

We got to spend 5 days and all I can say is wow. What a beautiful wonderful house and property. From check communication to all the small touches making you feel right at home is amazing. The views are the best part and they are everywhere you look. The hot tub and fire pit are perfect for relaxing. We grilled out every night while watching the TV in the outside living area. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well with cookware. Amazing hosts and wonderful property! The pictures are great but it is even better in person. Will most definitely look to return!

We had the most amazing time at Bluff Point Cottage.The pictures don't do justice to the incredible view and awesome grandeur of this place. We didn't want to leave even to go out to dinner, although we did one evening. Mather Lodge and Petit Jean Park are just minutes away and offer all sorts of various hiking trails and waterfalls. We can't wait to return. If you are looking for a great place to get away for a long weekend or an extended period this is the place to come. Fonda & Brandon are great Hosts.

Amazing views, wonderful accommodations! As soon as you drive up and set foot on this beautiful place you know without a doubt you made the right choice! Fonda and Brandon make you feel like you own this property for your time there! So peaceful and quiet and the views will take your breath away! Don’t worry over the weather conditions! We had a few rain storms come and go, rain was so calming watching from the deck, the lighting storm at night was a beauty to behold!

Fantastic

Absolutely top notch rental. The house is lovely, and well set up for 2 couples since the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated by the living area. The house is comfortably furnished, very clean, everything works great and it is well supplied. The deck area is impressive and the views are absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owners is easy and they made us feel very welcome while still giving us our privacy. The area offers wonderful hiking and several state parks are nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will most definitely return to this rental if we find ourselves in the area again.

We had a great stay at the Bluff Point Cottage. The home was tasteful and comfortably appointed, with a deck and outdoor area to die for. Fonda was a great host and thought of all the necessities for a great visit. Will stay again, with pleasure.

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I came here for a romantic getaway for the weekend and everything was perfect! The host met us at the cabin and showed us everything. The house was gorgeous and so comfortable. They went above and beyond with having everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful forest paradise

Celebrated my 50th bday with close friends & had an amazing trip! This home is absolutely beautiful inside & out down to every detail!! That view & everything else is even better in person. Hiking trails close by and quaint local shops. No need to leave the area once there! Highly recommend!!!

Very peaceful and relaxing

This cabin is such a great place for all age groups. We had the best time with ages ranging from 6 months old to 67. We came for a nice relaxing getaway close to home and this was perfect. The next day we invited family up for a little birthday celebration. Everyone raved about everything. The view was a crowd favorite. The cabin owners thought about every detail. We highly recommend and we will return!

Best place we've stayed!

We had a wonderful experience at this house. It is exactly as the photos show. Beautiful house with gorgeous views. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They gave us good advice to do a wal-mart pick up prior to driving up to the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, smores at the fire pit and burgers on the grill. The only downside is that there are no built in closets, but there are rods in each room to hang your clothes. This is the best VRBO we've experienced!

Simply the best!

Fonda and Brandon are wonderful hosts and have created an amazing property. The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is second to none. They have thoughtfully designed and equipped the property with everything you will need. The extra touches like robes and flip-flops for the beautiful walk to the hot tub are just one example of the the quality and attention to detail. Communication was excellent, keeping us informed while maintaining our privacy. The best rental we have ever had! Hope to come back again. Be sure to wake up early at least once during your stay to see the sunrise. It’s an inspirational view!

One of a kind experience!

We've stayed at a lot of places over the span of decades but this experience rates up there with one of the very best! Can't say enough great things about the amazing property and view. Absolutely best in class! Our hosts were two of the nicest and most caring we've ever met. The view from the back of the property is amazing from the sunrises to the hawks flying at eye level as you sit in the hot tub and lament that eventually you will have to leave such a beautiful and serene experience. Will be back early and often!!!!! Thanks so much to our hosts again!

As great as this home looks, it's even better than you imagine! Relax, hike, and have fun.

This property overlooking the valley is outside of Petit Jean State Park looks amazing in the photos but is actually (if you can believe it) even better than it looks! The home is a remodeled cabin with every modern amenity and luxury you can want for your vacation. The home is immaculately clean, well decorated, and you fell like you are home with family the minute you step on to the front porch and see the well designed front area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need overlooking the large dining and living area with windows overlooking the back deck, hot tub, fire pit, sitting area and the beautiful valley. The two main bedrooms are spacious with windows or a door out to the large deck. The third bedroom is smaller with enough room for bunkbeds with a trundle for teenagers. The living space and dining room is beautiful with large floor to ceiling windows to see the valley, tv and electric fireplace. Outside is one of the most beautiful covered deck areas with an electric fireplace, couches, chairs, lights, ceiling fans, and another dining table to seat your entire family. There is also a great hot tub and fire pit with a great view out the back off the deck. The home is a 4 minute drive from the Petit Jean visitors Center and the park.The owners are the nicest local people you will ever meet and they will make sure your stay will be memorable for your family and friends. This home is too special to stay at just once!

Our new favorite vacation home

My sisters and I take a girls' trip each year, and always spend months trying to figure out where we'd like to go. Not anymore! This will forever be our go-to vacation place. 5 stars isn't nearly enough for this home. It's like being at a luxury resort without all the people (and without the high cost). That deck - oh my! We seriously lived out there. Comfortable furniture with so much space. The views are indescribable. Really! Sunrise, sunset, star gazing, mountainside lush green views - the scenery is unmatched. The hot tub was my favorite place to end the day and view the sunset. There is even a fire pit along with campfire sticks for nightly s'mores. When I say this house is stocked with all the necessities, I am not kidding. It has everything. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. There are recliners and swival chairs along with the best lounging sofa in the family room. The fully stocked coffee/tea bar was an added surprise and got a lot of use. We literally could not come up with one thing we would change or add to this place! The best part of our stay here and what you don't get from most rentals, was having hosts who become friends. Fonda and Brandon added so much of their heart to this place and it shows. They made sure we had everything we needed and were such a joy to talk to. They deserve all the stars!!! We look forward to seeing them again on our next trip to our forever vacation destination!!!

Everything was fantastic. Mornings on the deck with our coffee was so beautiful and peaceful. We hit the hot tub every night! Having the friendly hosts nearby was great. I have rented homes where you could not get in touch with anyone. Would definitely recommend this home
