The space
You will enjoy keyless access to a condo with 2 brand new Queen beds and 1 Full bathroom stocked with shower essentials and hairdryer. Other amenities include brand new air conditioning and heating, a new 55” Smart TV, high speed WiFi, Fridge/Freezer, Keurig Machine, coffee and tea mugs, full dishware and utensil sets, Large Storage Dresser, Microwave, electric hot water kettle, work desk, private ground floor walk out patio with access to bbq, picnic tables, and the pool/hot tub should be operational til after Columbus day. Sport court with basketball and pickleball/Fire pit just around the corner. There are also luggage dollies, coin operated new laundry onsite, vending machines, a Great Room with ping pong, an arcade, gym, and parking.
Other things to note
We aim for 5 star guest experiences and one way we do so is to keep cleaning/linen fees extremely low for the area. We can only do so with a little help from you. Please remove the majority of trash with you as you go, especially trash bags with liquids. The dumpster is in the lower parking lot on the way out. There is an Excess Trash fee of $25.

Early Check in/Check out may be available for a $40 fee. Peak Summertime is extremely difficult to accommodate early Check in and late Check out due to same day turnovers.

We provide all bedding and one bathroom towel per person, as well as hand towels. We will try to accommodate additional requests for towels if at all possible. If running the dishwasher please do so before checkout and take trash to the dumpster on the way out in lower parking lot if at all possible. Bikes and Trailers can be accommodated in the lower lot!
**Fire pit can be used by guests but cannot be left unattended. Please use in-state wood only as Firewood cannot be transported from out of state. Do not break glass in fire
