The Swell Luxury 4 Bdrm Home Two Blks From Beach Renovated 2023
The Swell -is a stunning 2000 square foot vacation rental. Designed to be light bright and airy it is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. It has just been completely renovated and features everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
The Swell has four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The master bedroom has a king bed with its own private bathroom, laundry, and closet. The other three bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable including 2 additional kings and 1 queen. We have also added a sleeper sofa, that pulls out to a queen bed allowing the home to sleep 10 guests total. All linens are provided.
The living room is open and inviting, with a large TV for entertainment and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining table seats 5 with seating for 3 at the peninsula.
It is located two blocks from the beach and close to all of the attractions that the area has to offer.
We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveway / front yard / front door entryway
1. No events or parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation.
2. No outside guests on the property, not accounted for on the original booking. We understand there are rare circumstances with family or friends who live nearby and may want to join you at the beach. Please communicate with us; we can usually work something out.
3. Four cars per booking and all cars must be parked in the driveway.
4. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach. We recommend bringing your own, or we have beach towels available to rent for your stay. Let us know before your arrival.
5. Lock the door any time you are leaving the property.
6. No smoking inside the property. $500 fee for cleaning if the property smells like smoke of any kind inside.
7. We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.

We loved this property. Great location allowed us to walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. The property itself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Quick response from host when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family was so impressed with The Swell! The home is a beautifully appointed residence with lots of room to spread out. We appreciated the four king-size beds, well equipped kitchen and easy walking distance to the beach! For future renters, you will not be disappointed!

The house was very cozy and clean. And was in the perfect location for beach access! Will book again if we vacation in Virginia Beach!

VA beach Family Vacation
We had an excellent time staying at The Swell in VA beach. Very convenient and walking distance from many of the places we wanted to see or eat at. The house was well maintained and clean. Our family had a great time.

Great home, located close to beach and restaurants.
We stayed here for a family vacation and was our first time visiting Virginia Beach. The home was beautiful and matched the pictures exactly. Clean, easy to check in, and the hosts were quick to respond when I had a few questions. Great location, close to the beach and several places to eat. Would stay here again!

Great stay 2 blocks from beach!
We celebrated 30th Birthdays with 8 adults and 2 babies here. A great place to stay and would definitely recommend. Plenty of space for everyone and everything you need. A short and easy walk to the beach.

The home was very nice and was exactly what we wanted. Only 2 blocks from the beach with close access to restaurants and shops.The extra help with the concentrator was greatly appreciated.

Great stay at The Swell
Our family of 4 had a great week. The home is centrally located, has a great layout, and is very clean and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to a connection issue with the TV. The electronic guide book provided by the owners was very helpful. The listing was accurate. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay at the Swell!
We enjoyed our stay at the Swell in Virginia Beach! Conveniently located, single floor-plan, abundance of essentials, and beautiful details made for a lovely time for our family. Cat was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had. They also provide a detailed digital guidebook we were provided with before checking in and tour guide book at the home when we arrived. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house by the beach
We love the comfortable stylish house decor, cleanliness and spaciousness of 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. It is truly 4 minutes walk from the beach. We all loved the playful swinging seating by the entry. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. Experience with check in and the host were all good too. We appreciated the lovely place to stay and have a family holiday.

Highly Recommend!
We had a great stay at The Swell. The house is a short walk to great restaurants, beach and fun activities. The house itself is beautifully renovated and decorated. We all had a wonderful stay and felt right at home during our stay. A thoughtful note and champagne was left on the counter when we arrived. Also, communication was top notch. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a family-friendly home close to the action of Virginia Beach.

Great place to stay that is not a hotel room and close to the beach. Property is extremely well appointed with anything one could imagine a place would need. Lots of space, lots of seating. There are pictures in most of the cabinets and drawers showing exactly how everything is organized. Very helpful. Excellent communications with the owners, no ambiguities or confusion.

Convenient
What a cute home tucked just a walk away from the beach! Remodeled to feel like a new home, great decor and fits the beach vibe. House appears small but plenty of room for 2 couples and a child. “The Swell” is a great go to for someone looking to stay in a home and the owners have great communication! Thank you!
