We provide a few k-cups for your first morning along with sugar and creamers. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay. Or venture to one of the many coffee shops in walking distance.

The property is located at the rear of the Harken Building and is accessed by stairs.



The Neighborhood:

Hidden Garden is on Main Street in the historic downtown area, just a short walk from Basin Spring Park and surrounded by restaurants, shops, galleries, nightlife and live music.

You can park at the property and spend most of your stay on foot.

Nearby you’ll find:

• Downtown shopping

• Restaurants and cafes

• Art galleries

• Live music venues

• Bars and nightlife

• Eureka Springs City Auditorium

• The downtown trolley

Please keep in mind that Eureka Springs is a historic mountain town with steep streets, uneven terrain and many stairs. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.



Getting Around:

Stairs-

The suite is located on an upper level and requires climbing stairs to access it. There is no elevator.

Eureka Springs itself is also a very hilly town with numerous stairs and changes in elevation.

Historic Property-

Hidden Garden is part of the historic Harken Building, one of Eureka Springs’ longstanding downtown buildings. This is an older building with character. Floors, walls, doors, fixtures and other features may reflect the age of the property.

Downtown Location-

Being in the middle of downtown has major advantages. It also means you are near restaurants, nightlife, live music and pedestrian activity.

Most guests enjoy being able to walk everywhere, but occasional downtown noise is possible, particularly on weekends, holidays and during special events.

Outdoor Space-

The private garden patio is surrounded by the natural landscape of Eureka Springs. Because of that, guests may occasionally encounter insects, leaves, wildlife or other elements associated with an outdoor garden.



We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived, and you are accepting the property with no assurances.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is on the second floor. Stairs are required to access the apartment.

• Please respect quiet hours and neighboring guests

• Guests must use caution on stairs and outdoor walkways

• One parking space is provided

This unit is a self check-in. You will receive the instructions three days prior to your arrival.

We are available by phone or messaging during your stay. We will reply to messaging from 6 am to 8pm but we are available for emergencies 24 hours a day.
