The Space:

Thanks to plentiful windows with views of tall leafy trees, a stay in The Tree House feels like a true lake retreat. Accessible by stairs or elevator, this spacious condominium is all on one level. It’s perfect for families with small kids or older adults who prefer to avoid staircases!



This luxurious condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, all on a single level for your ease and accessibility. Perched on the second level amongst the trees, you can reach this spacious property by stairs or elevator. Surrounded by windows, the living and dining spaces are scenic and bright. Two screened and furnished balconies are included for your private use. One balcony is located off of the primary bedroom and features two hanging Egg Chairs.



The second is advantageously located off the living room, overlooking the popular Park Street and the Event Lawn. This means you can sit on the oversized porch swing and listen to live music or watch your family play sand volleyball without ever leaving your vacation rental!



Inside, there is an open kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of seating for the whole group. The living room boasts a fireplace and television equipped with a Fire TV Stick so you can log into all your favorite entertainment apps. A large sectional and chic recliners make for the comfiest family time imaginable. Games and toys are in good supply, as you would expect in a tree house!



Whether you are enjoying take-out or home cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to serve up meals and snacks. Cookware and dishes, a single serve coffee maker and a few breakfast blend pods are provided.



A long hallway leads away from the living space to a half bathroom and full-size laundry room. Also down this hall are the two guest bedrooms, joined by a full bathroom in between. The first bedroom has triple bunk beds with 2 double mattresses and a single mattress. The flat screen tv mounted is in the perfect position to watch sleepover movies from the bunks! The second bedroom features a Queen size Murphy bed with a comfortable mattress, a flat screen tv, and a desk. The bathroom in between these rooms has double vanities and a private door to the shower/tub combo and toilet room. It is well lit and has plenty of room to share.



The primary suite is at the end of the hallway, allowing for a private balcony. This suite boasts a king size bed, flat screen tv, bathroom with double vanities, tiled walk-in shower, and separate toilet room. The screened balcony has two hanging Egg Chairs so you can swing, read, drink coffee or wine in complete privacy.
