The house, the location, the ambiance was super nice, very spacious. And the house was nice and clean!!! Only downside we couldn’t lower the Temperature on the AC to our desired temperature.

Beautiful home

Easy check-in, house was clean, the host replied quickly. It was 10 family members, and there was a room for everyone. Nicely decorated, felt very warm and comfortable and very spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a thanksgiving meal. Great time!

A great house in a great location

We have just come from a great 2 week stay at Be Our Guest Disney Farmhouse. Lindsey was a super host. A couple of minor issues were addressed promptly and effectively by this caring owner. The house is spacious, spotless, well equipped and in a quiet area. The patio and pool are lovely. Really liked the Weber barbecue. Also enjoyed having a garage for parking. We would love to come back here. Thanks Lindsey for everything!

Clean, Comfy & Cute!

We booked this property last minute to evacuate from the beach for Hurricane Milton. Our host, Lindsey, was very accommodating and let us check in early due to the impending weather, which was greatly appreciated. The house is located in an adorable, quiet, gated community and has sidewalks which were great for walking my puppy. The layout of the house is fantastic and it is decorated with a lovely theme of "Be Our Guest". The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a Publix nearby for groceries and essentials. We did enjoy our short stay; however, I wish we had stayed for a vacation instead of an evacuation. I know my family would have really enjoyed it!

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing Vrbo experiences we've had, largely because of the host.A week before our stay, we notified the host that our dog was no longer coming. Despite this, she insisted we pay a pet deposit, and we had to contact Vrbo to resolve the issue before we could check in. When we arrived, the key code also did not work.Our reservation was for 7 adults and 2 children, and the listing stated that up to three vehicles were allowed. The host made parking our second vehicle difficult, then refused to allow our third vehicle when my elderly stepfather arrived the next day. He had to leave his car at a nearby Publix for the remainder of our stay.The home also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues: a bathroom trash can had not been emptied, outdoor cushions were covered in mold, there were multiple wasp nests, the pool had a green tint, one shower had mold, the refrigerator struggled to keep food cold, and the coffee provided had expired more than two years earlier.The host's communication felt hostile throughout our stay. After our initial interactions, we were concerned that reporting additional issues would be met with retaliation rather than assistance, so we chose not to reach out. Overall, this was a stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property!!!!!

Booked the property for the pool to be the focal point of the trip. Tried communicating about paying for the pool heating on February 18th, trip was scheduled for March 21st. Again tried communicating on March 12th and again silence. Tried all forms of communication, nothing. Reached out to VRBO and they provided an additional number which finally got a response from the husband of the property host. Turns out the pool needs a heater. Host assured me it would be fixed and once I tried to initiate paying for the pool heat the price increased from 25 per day in the listing to 40, because of inflation… and the listing is 4 years out of date according to the host and they work 2 jobs so the lack of communication is due to that. Very frustrating experience, we decided to continue with the booking as coincidently this all occurred outside of my refund window. Now for the good. The resort was nice, the pool area at the resort was mostly deserted and very clean and nice as well. This helped make up for the pool at the house being cold as ice. The house was clean for the most part and the area felt safe as it’s a gated community. The check is process could have been better, we were turned away at the gate because the community requires each car to be on the list to enter which the host never bothered to ask how many cars would be granted access but they responded instantly to this hiccup thankfully. Overall an average experience but wished it could have been better.

Vacance

La maison etait tres belle et propre, mais nous avons pas trouver de balai ni moppe.l'espace dans le garage avec les jeux nous a manqué, pour le reste c'était parfait.
