The home was beautiful! There was a creek running through the backyard, I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property. Really spacious living area and beautiful bedrooms.

Just to be clear, this is a basement of someone’s house. The space was clean. Few issues:1) host made me move my car several times and is very particular about where you park on the street. It’s a public street so it really doesn’t matter.2) rental has very very low ceilings, be careful.3) dryer inside of basement doesn’t vent to anywhere. So when you dry your clothes the laundry room is filled with hot humid exhaust and lint.4) floor is coming apart and had several spots where people hit their foot.5) all beds are very small. There is no bed in this basement that is larger than a full.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the space was clean. For future guests, we do want to clarify a few details. Our listing clearly states that this is a basement apartment, and we also confirm that with guests prior to booking. The apartment has a separate walkout entrance and is designed to feel private, spacious, and comfortable. It is a lovely space. Regarding parking, we asked that the large truck and U-Haul trailer with lawn equipment be moved from in front of a neighbor’s home to in front of our property. We try to be considerate of both our guests and our neighbors. The apartment has standard 8-foot ceilings throughout the space, with one small section where a return-air duct lowers the clearance to about 7 feet. The dryer has posted instructions to run the fan while in use, and we will review that setup and signage to make sure it is clear. We also appreciate the flooring note and will have the three small clicking areas reviewed. The bed sizes are three queen beds, one queen-size pullout, and one full bed which are also listed on our post. Thank you again for the feedback. We will continue working to keep the listing clear and the space comfortable for future guests.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a rental. The host was so incredibly kind and the space and property was so beautiful. The backyard was actually really cool and just made for the best vacation for me and my friends. If i could give 10 stars, I would!

AMAZING!!

Julie and her husband are excellent hosts! They provided a very clean, updated basement that fit our families needs for a quick getaway. They had the cutest welcome basket of snacks and were so great to check in with me and with the check in process. The neighborhood is absolutely stunning and so close to what you’d need in Northern Utah. We would definitely stay again!

Facilitator Workshop Getaway

Our stay was seamless and beautiful. We absolutely loved the creek and the back porch area to hang outside. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices, and all the appliances you might need. We really liked that it was so kid friendly and had toys, books, and a gorgeous clean home. We felt safe, and secure, and the hosts were very responsive with any of our questions or needs. Highly recommend! Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful place to stay!!!!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! The location was perfect and near everything. Our hosts thought of everything we would need and communicated throughout to make our stay even better. Quiet and modern. A tv in every room and laundry. An amazing backyard patio with sound of a rolling stream which made our mornings very relaxing Easy check in and check out. We loved this place and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to return! Thank you!

Perfect Experience! Highly recommend!

I just cannot say enough about our stay at this property. It was absolutely hassle free. We entered through the back, which afforded us a lovely view, and the sound of a running stream just below us. The property was immaculately clean. The girls absolutely loved each having their own room. The girls have been cold all day, so it was wonderful to come to a home away from home and feel absolutely comfortable. We all loved the showers as well. Plenty of linens. I could not give a higher recommendation. Hoping to return in the summertime and possibly stay for two nights. Want to take advantage of the outside patio. I also want to throw it out there that our family had visited the Lagoon the whole day. After a long day and night at the Lagoon, it was wonderful to not have to drive all the way home. It was a great location for any Family Lagoon trip. The hosts could absolutely not have been more friendlier. Usually got a response easily within an hour. Thank you very much Laub Family! You have a beautiful home!
