*This One Bedroom Condo is Ocean front with a balcony to enjoy all the coastline has to offer.
* with a private bedroom, fabulous location just blocks from Convention Center and Broadway at the Beach

*Relaxing & comfy place
* 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds
* 1 bathroom
*small kitchenette equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
*AC
*flat screen TVs in bedroom and living room.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*Free parking on property with parking pass only. (Parking pass will wait for you at the apartment).
*NO MAILBOX for this location.
*laundry room is on ground floor (with coins)
