This family friendly condo is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's Most Relaxing Place. Located in Navarre beach in the Gulf Island Condos. Our guests can enjoy the pool or take a short 3-4 minute walk to the pristine white sands beach. Slow down & enjoy all that Navarre has to offer. Close to the Navarre Fishing Pier, Sea Turtle Conservation Center, bike path & restaurants.
The Space:
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Gulf Island Condo Community
Enjoy a shared pool. Pool is unheated.
Walk from door to beach access is 3-4 minutes.
Condo is conveniently located on the first floor. There are no elevators in this complex. First floor has one short flight of stairs
During summer months there will most likely be guests staying in the condo above.
Easy & secure access to condo via Wi-Fi door lock with unique code.

Once inside, enjoy modern beach decor & strong AC from our brand new AC unit. Living area includes a 50" Roku TV with access to Cable & Streaming Services (Netflix, Disney+ etc). Bring your own login to access your favorite streaming channels. Enjoy a large love seat with a queen pull out bed with a new gel memory foam mattress. Play card games with the family around the extending living room table.

Our kitchen is fully stocked & includes bakeware/cookware & utensils needed for a family meal. Seating for three at the kitchen counter & seating for four at the dinette.

Master bedroom includes a queen bed with hotel grade cotton sheets & blankets. Room has blackout curtains, a sound machine & a charging dock. Enjoy the 50" Roku TV w/ access to Cable & Streaming Services (with your login).
Master bath has a clean tub, with new shower curtains & hotel grade towels.
Second bedroom also has a queen bed with a full bunk on top, hotel grade sheets, blackout curtains & sound machine. This provides a comfortable sleeping space for children or adults. Includes a 50" Roku TV w/ access to Cable & Streaming Services (bring your own login).
Hallway bathroom includes a clean stand up shower.

Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail on the porch. Seating for four.

Traveling can be exhausting. We want to provide our guests with as many supplies & amenities as possible. We provide the following:

-Hotel grade bath towels, wash clothes & bed linens & extra blankets. Washed off site at a professional facility.
-Pool towels (4)
-Kitchen towels (2)
-High quality shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion. All travel size.
-A starter pack of the following: toilet paper(4), paper towels (1), dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, sponge (1), dish soap, trash bags (2), coffee filters. Starter pack is a limited supply. For longer stays guests should plan to purchase additional supplies.
