This fun two bedroom upstairs apartment is all yours to relax and enjoy downtown Kingman near the longest stretch of Route 66! This 1930’s building still retains much of its vintage deco charm with original crank windows and unique kitchen sink area.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser and a large closet with ample storage. The bathroom can only be entered from the master bedroom and features and beautifully tiled shower. There are two windows in this master bedroom which let in lots of natural light.

The second bedroom offers a twin sized bed & dresser. The sunshine creates a beautiful soft light in the afternoon and evenings in this room.

The living room is very spacious and includes a Smart tv, sofa sleeper, loveseat, two barrel chairs, tables and a hand-made wooden tic-tac-toe set. Free WiFi

The adorable vintage kitchen includes a cool vintage refrigerator, counter and deep sink. There is a gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot toaster cookware, dinnerware, utensils and more available for meal preparation during your stay.

This cute 1930’s apartment includes central air conditioning & heating. The apartment is constantly being updated to add amenities or new furnishings that will continue to make our guests feel comfortable.
