Very comfortable

Everything was clean, easy check in, and about a 20 minute drive from stagecoach. Gated community with entrances on both sides. Highly recommend staying here. Owner answered text messages really quick.

Best affordable option for Coachella there is!

This place is beautiful, cozy and the host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to any of my peers.

love this place!!

we stayed here coachella weekend and this place was everything we needed and more! great location, in a gated community, clean, cute, and it was a super easy check in/out process. the manager was also super easy to contact and always answered our questions. thanks so much!!

Mothers Day 2023

This was our 3rd stay in this condo. It is exactly as advertised. Photos are accurate. Clean, great cable tv including Netflix ( sign in with your account) kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals and entertaining. Great location to shopping, dining, and casinos. Steps away from one of the many pools.

Clean place, great location, great views of gold course

This place worked well for our short stay. It is well laid out and loved that there were no stairs, and large drive way. Kitchen well stocked. Place was very clean, Living room furniture was comfortable. Loved the view from the back patio onto the golf course and mountains. Community has LOTS of pools - several very close by. Bikes in the garage. Manger was easy to deal with. In terms of "cons" I would say the place is a bit "dated". The carpeting and lots of mirrors really date the place. Also the master bathroom - we found it a bit difficult to get in/out of the shower/tub combo. Other than that it is a nice place, we would return. Liked that it was pet friendly! Also has a lot of storage if you are looking for a longer stay.

Value received

The unit had everything we needed. Typically we don't dine out much when in that area. The necessary pantry items and condiments for breakfast, snacks, and frozen meals were stocked. The unit is comfortable and quiet. We were surprised by the nearly opaque plexiglass(?) windows in the master bedroom. I imagine the owners became tired of replacing the glass (near 13th tee). The only disappointment was here were 3 flat tires on the 2 cruiser bikes supposedly available to renters. I didn't contact the manager about a pump because our time window for the ride was small. I suggest other renters inquire about the bikes' condition rather than assume they're useable..

Nice stay

Great location, furnishings could use some updating. Cleanliness of windows and baseboards throughout could be improved. Kitchen fully stocked and great Wi-Fi! View is gorgeous! Thank you for a nice week.

Great Location

The condo is in an excellent location on the golf course. It faces west but has trees in the back which shade it from the afternoon sun. We had a couple of easy problems but the property manager was excellent so they became non- issues. The condo was well stocked and quite lovely. Our only recommendation would be to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. All in all, a really nice condo with the pool and hot tub across the street and a great view of the golf course.

As Advertised - Beautiful!

This was our 2nd stay in this condo. Fabulous location. Owner made it very simple to check in and check out. The pool is less than a 5 minute walk. Owner permits us to bring our dogs but you need their permission to do that. The condo is Immaculate. The furniture is cozy and feels like your home away from home. Smart TV in the living room. There is a TV in the master bedroom. Please note, no TV in the guest bedroom if that is important to you. There aren't any ceiling fans in the living room or the bedrooms however the owner does provide stand up fans in each room. Wi-Fi at no additional charge, the owner will provide the password for you. This condo sits on the 12th hole of the golf course and you can watch the golfers drive by on their golf carts and tee off at different holes.. Beautiful views of the course. very well located. Easy access to dining and shopping and several casinos.. Highly recommend this condo and the owner.

Beautiful

The place was perfect for the 4 of us. The master bedroom and bathroom was so spacious. Walking out to the patio was lovely in the morning having breakfast. There were 2 pools close by, a min walk maximum. One area had a larger pool and the other one was smaller. So depending what you wanted, you had both. It was amazing having access to the garage and being able to park the car in there to save it from the heat. Overall, loved the place.

Perfect location

We loved the place. Took are pets with us and stayed with another couple. Just enough room, grounds were beautiful. Had everything we needed. Close to stores. Easy to get to. Quick response from manager on a couple of questions. Patio was on the 13th fairway. Very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. We would definitely stay here again.......

Desert Oasis

Spent a wonderful month at the property. It was clean, quiet and accessible to all things Palm Desert. The property manager was wonderful and very responsive. The condo is lovely and situated on the golf course very near to one of many pools. Can't imagine a lovelier place in the desert. I hope to come back next year!

I manage the property and live across the street.

The owners live in Los Angeles and love vacationing in the desert. This is a picture of them after a hike in Idyllwild, which is about a hour away from Palm Desert.

Palm Desert and Desert Falls Country Club are great for anyone that loves golf, swimming, hiking, and/or shopping.

Here is a list of fun activities to do in and near Palm Desert:
- Shop at the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert" El Paseo (5 minutes away) or the Cabazon Outlets (30 minutes away)
- Explore and hike Joshua Tree National Park
- Take the bikes to Ruth Hardy Park in Palm Springs and look at the beautiful movie colony homes
- Spend a night out in historic Palm Springs strolling the Walk of Stars, grabbing a drink at the Bootlegger Tiki Bar, and eating ice cream at the Arrive Hotel
- Take photos at Pioneertown (Old West town movie set) and then eat BBQ and catch a live music concert at Pappy & Harriet's
- Take the tram up to some amazing hikes in the San Jacinto State Park (the seven mile hike to Wellman Divide is one of our favorites)
- Catch a concert or show at Fantasy Springs Resort and Casino
- Relax at Two Bunch Palms, the first "Sustainable Wellness Resort" in North America
- Take a day trip up to Idyllwild a nature-lovers mountain town reminiscent of Yosemite
- Head over to the Salton Sea to photograph Salvation Mountain and other unique outdoor artwork
