The property includes 67 acres of land, with multiple creeks flowing through, private access to the Snake River, and miles of trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. The home includes views of the on-site pasture and private arena, and renters may enjoy horseback rides through our outfitter.

The upstairs unit features 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king), 2.5 baths, and a loft with 2 twin beds, as a well as a gorgeous full kitchen, dining area and living area - complete with breathtaking views and a gas fireplace. Up to 6 adults can comfortably sleep in this space.

Downstairs, there are an additional 2 bedrooms (1 with twin bunkbeds, 1 with a king bed), and 2.5 baths. There is yet another kitchen and living area, with an outdoor dining area, fire pit, and lawn. Up to 4 adults can comfortably sleep in this space.

In addition to luxuriously appointed lodging for a total of up to 10 adults, this home also includes the Teewinot Room - a large room with floor to ceiling windows, a wet bar, a massive projector for movie nights, ping pong and foosball tables, exercise equipment, and a built-in sonos speaker system. This space has hosted everything from classical music concerts to country swing dance lessons, and many beautiful nights enjoying the sunset over the mountains.

At just 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Jackson and the entrance to Grand Teton National Park, and ~35 minutes from the ski resort, this home is a perfect launching point for any adventure in the Jackson Hole area, year round.

Renters may host small events on the property, but these may be subject to an additional fee and security deposit, and must conform to all county rules and requirements.

Renters may opt-in to additional services, such as cooking, cleaning, and grocery delivery, at an additional cost. Owners can also help renters plan on and off site activities for their group during their lease.
