Happy to share my relaxing and tranquil barrier island home when I am not present! Ormond By the Sea is known for the beautiful no drive beach with coral sand...unwind your mind, body, and soul!

Catch the sunrise via your own beach access to watch the dolphins or surfers play, while soaking up the sun. My home is 6 homes from the ocean. One of my favorite sightings was 6 dolphins flipping and frolicking. Or maybe it is catching the many stars at night over the open waters. Hard to choose! At the inter-coastal water end of street, there is fishing, kayaking, nature watching or view stunning sunsets.

And if your stay is during a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center, treat yourself to view the trail blaze thru the sky toward you from the beach and to see it at night, quite the site!

Access wonderful walking/bike path paralleling A1A, visit many parks close for pickleball/tennis/hiking or the convenience of restaurants, water cruises, farmers market, festivals, quaint stores nearby, or the touristy Daytona Ocean Walk Shoppes...there's just soooo much to do.

Coming to mind: Historic Ormond Scenic Loop; Crotty & Rennick Parks; Tomoka Park, Ormond Beach Art Museum & Garden; OBS Historic Main Street, Flagler Beach area (~10 mins); Palm Coast Area (St Joe Walkway, Long Creek Nature Preserve, Washington Oaks State Park, Marineland); Daytona Beach area OR the many sites with Historic St Augustine (41 miles) or fun filled Orlando (67 miles).

Indulge in the refreshing outdoor shower in privacy. Fenced in professionally maintained well-landscaped yard. You will most likely see two tortoises out forging for the day before returning to reside to my landscaped oasis in backyard! Or you might see a crane in the front or other ocean birds landing in the neighborhood.

Hear ocean sounds and feel the ocean breeze from your bedroom windows or while relaxing in the screened in lanai with your favorite book or playing a board game with supply on site. In large living room, both couches have two reclining theater style seating. Just bring yourself, your personal items for the sunshine and turn on vacation mode.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cart, toys, coolers, beach blankets on site; along with washer/dryer in home. Ample stocked kitchen with separate dining room for those indoor dinners, WiFii/Roku TV streaming. Bicycles on site (separate fee, based on availability, inquiry beforehand).

Flexible terms. IF your stay is less than 30 days, please message me. Nightly rental prohibited in this area. Rental price is "aggregate block of 30 days."

No smoking/vaping onsite (interior or exterior). I love animals, unfortunately my allergies do not, no animals please, Parties or events prohibited.

The minimum age to reserve my home is 25. The person reserving must be one of the guests staying the duration of the reservation, with the majority of adult guests age 25 or older. A picture of your driver license required.
