Summary:
Spectacular 4 season mountain retreat rarely available. Explore the Ogden Valley from this relaxing 5 bedroom/5.5 bathroom house on 2 levels. The house comfortably sleeps 14 people including two x 4 bed bunkrooms! Nearby are Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, Nordic Valley, Pineveiw Reservoir, Monte Cristo, and all that the Utah mountains provide. The house includes a basement great room, pool and ping pong tables, private hot tub, small workout room, private office, and 300MPS Internet!!!
The Space:
Recently renovated mountain house features the best of everything. All bathrooms were renovated in 2023. All new kitchen appliances.
From the front entry, you are welcomed to a short entry foyer with a queen bed guest room with a full bath on the right. On the left is the office (with printer, screen, etc.), the laundry room and pantry, the powder room, and the stairs down to the first floor. Straight ahead is the upper great room including the renovated kitchen, cozy fireplace, and eating areas. One of the king bed master suites comes directly off of this great room. There is also a deck with outside seating and gas grill.
The first floor includes a huge family room with couch seating for 10+ people and a 75-inch TV. The pool table and ping pong table are ready for you, and the hot tub sits just outside. Off of this entertainment room sits a small workout room and a full bathroom. Down the hall is access to both bunk rooms (each with two sets of bunk beds), and a second king bed full suite.
The garage provides a great storage for skis and poles to dry off. The garage fits 2 cars very tightly with some equipment reconfiguration, or one very easily (I consider it a 1.5 car garage.) There is room for 4 additional cars in the driveway, and additional temporary parking is available roughly 100 yards away. There is an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage to handle the food that a large group needs. We also increased the water pressure throughout the house so you can take a real shower!!
Extra linens, super soft towels, board games, puzzles, and streaming TV provide endless entertainment. Need to work while away? There is a private office and super-fast internet (300 MPS+) so you don't slow down. All suites have their own TV if you need some alone time (we know how family is.)
We rarely rent the house, and therefore have not cut any corners as this is where we also like to spend our time!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full house except for a locked storage closet.
The Neighborhood:
Trapper's Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes just 15 minutes from Powder Mountain Resort and both Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts are within a 25-minute drive. Pineview Reservoir, about a 15-minute drive, offers a sandy shore and a great place to enjoy lake activities. The community features a pool & year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with a fitness center, ping pong, and a club room for private functions. Hoa rules allow 8 guests per household at a time in the pool. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
There are an outdoor tennis/pickleball court and basketball practice area. The neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4-mile loop. Nearby bike trails and Wolf Creek golf course make it the perfect place to enjoy outdoor activities all year.

Getting Around:
A car is needed. Uber is unreliable many times.

The home can accommodate up to 6 standard automobiles in the garage (2) and the driveway (4). No on-street parking.
This home is a part of the Trapper Ridge Commmunity, and certain rules apply and are enforced:
- No boats, trailers, campers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, large trucks, or commercial vehicles belonging to renters, owners or other residents of the development shall be parked in driveways, on lawns or on the street. Overflow parking will not accommodate vehicles more than 25 feet in length. Overflow parking is located throughout the community. The Clubhouse parking lot is not an overflow parking area.
- Access to the clubhouse, pool, and spa is limited to 8 persons at a time.
- The discharge of firearms or fireworks is not permitted.
