This beautiful corner unit condo is located in the heart of Garden City Beach, just 0.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and endless ocean views from the living area and private balcony. Newly decorated kitchen is fully stocked with large and small appliances with ample seating around the dining table or on the balcony for your family to enjoy.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bathmats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Steps to the beach

My husband and I had a wonderful week time at Dolphin cove. The views were amazing and the condo was clean and well appointed. We would definitely recommend and return for another week.

Great Condo with Easy Access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo in the perfect location. It was close to everything with easy access to the beach. The layout was perfect for our family and it was nicely decorated. We had an issue with the toilet but it was quickly fixed. There was also an issue with ants and nobody ever came for that. We had to buy our own ant killer traps. We also were given three keys and only one opened our door and nobody ever came to give us additional keys when we asked. A code to the main door would be so much easier for access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an easy rental experience, company checked in with us during our stay to ensure all was up to par. We have another rental through them in a few short months. This condo was perfect for our quick trip, the view was perfect!!

I love Dolphin Cove! Being on the beach and within walking distance to the pier is amazing. The unit is beautiful!

The place was very clean, modern appliances, comfortable beds, beautiful views and great location. But, we had trouble from day one. I had messaged the rental agency at least twice inquiring about elevator since the rental was on the 3rd floor. They always answered it had an elevator. When we arrived we quickly found out not only was the elevator broken, it had been broken for weeks and no one told us. My husband is elderly with asthma and it was really hard on him. The Grandchildren and I had to take everything up basically 4 flights of stairs. The rental is on 3rd floor but the condos are on stilts and you have to go up stairs to get to 1st floor. The WIFI did not work. I contacted the company and they had me unplug the modem and router over and over again. My grandson found a paper with another WIFI address and pswd for the condo. We got connected but the next morning it wouldn’t work. I checked all connections and found one loose. I fixed that. They sent a repair man the next day but I had it going then. The pool gate pass code was different from what they sent me. When leaving the last day the dishwasher wouldn’t come on. But the worst was when my car got towed. I had driven and removed the parking pass from the windshield so I could see better, laid it on the console and forgot to put it back. Although it could clearly be seen if you looked in the car, my car was towed because it was not displayed properly. I will NEVER stay at dolphin cove again or use Sea Star Realty
