Our rental policies, including fees for additional services and guests, are clearly outlined before booking to ensure transparency. I do also see that you requested additional blankets and pillows for the rollaway bed you rented. Although it was on a Sunday and we are usually emergency availability only, we were able to have these requested items delivered to you that very same day, as a testament to our customer service. As for our communication, we send helpful reminders about trash collection due to the island’s limited service—this is intended to assist guests, not overwhelm them. Additionally, we were never made aware of any concerns regarding the AC or maintenance during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have addressed them immediately for you with one of our many on site property managers.
