Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect.

However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early!

THE SEA BELLE is a true beauty just walking distance from the beach and the Prom, and only a short walk to restaurants, the aquarium, shopping, movie theater, and downtown Seaside.
This family- and pet-friendly, spacious, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers an open-concept upstairs kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a breakfast nook, complete with a 70-inch smart TV. Large windows open via sliding glass door to a spacious outdoor deck, where you can enjoy a beverage to the sounds of the ocean just steps away.
In addition to the central gathering space, the upstairs boasts a Master suite with a king bed and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Across the hall is a guest room with a queen bed next to a bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are located in a separate room beside a utility sink.
The downstairs contains two more bedrooms, including one with a king bed, and another with a twin/twin bunk bed, a full-twin bunk bed, a full futon, and doubles as a game room with a TV and foosball table. Also downstairs is a bathroom with a shower, and a large garage with a ping pong table and wagon.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.
By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

At Seaside Vacation Homes we are very selective on allowing properties into our collection and while more homes = more money, we have historically turned away most of the 300+ rental homes in our area because we felt they would not offer you the value in location, amenities, layout and condition needed to keep you coming back to stay with us. Specializing in offering you the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points has been the foundation to our business model. Not only must the home be desirable but also the homeowners we work with must have a perspective that allow us to do what is needed to ensure your guest stay is perfect.
