Was receiving text messages throughout the stay giving maintenance updates, information, etc - definitely one of the most communicative owner groups we’ve dealt with in the 20 years visiting this area. Property was well maintained and excellent condition; would absolutely recommend staying here if given the chance.

Great location and pool was a blast!

The house was a short distance to the beach and the pool was chilled down so we could enjoy in in the heat of the summer! House was clean and come with all the necessities.

Destiney by the Sea Fun

Big family with enough room for everyone. stairs but that allowed for separation of individual guest rooms for additional privacy. Close to beach access and chair rental. Beach was closely secured with a lot of beach privacy. No big crowds as they non-renters in Destiney by the Sea were kept out. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Family Getaway in Destin

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Destin! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. One of the best features was the short walking distance to the stunning beach—just a shorth walk and you're on the sand!The home is located in a private, safe community, which was perfect for our family. The kids were able to walk back and forth between the house and the beach on their own, giving them a sense of independence and us peace of mind.Everything about the location made this an ideal spot for a family vacation. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It really is an exceptional property. The location of it is very good, you are two minutes walk to the water of the beach. The condo is super safe and quiet, everything is very clean and tidy. The house is super comfortable and clean, it has many details that make you feel very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen and towels, white, clean and very good smell. They give you essentials in bathrooms, kitchen and laundry for you to start, and with very good taste. Communication with the host was exceptional!!!! The immediate response and very friendly. Without hesitation I would rent again.
