WRISTBANDS ARE COMPULSORY DURING SEASON AND GIVE ACCESS TO ALL AMENITIES INCLUDING THE BEACH BOARDWALK. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RENTAL AND COST $15PP PER STAY AND MUST BE PURCHASED. CHILDREN 3 AND UNDER ARE FREE.

PARKING IS FREE EXCEPT DURING SEASON (MID-MAY - END SEPT). DURING SEASON PARKING PASSES ARE $5 PER CAR PER STAY.

Parking for 3-4 cars at the house, otherwise, there's the overflow parking lot at end of street - a 2min walk.

INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Spread out and enjoy the multi-levels with a little something for everyone. The main floor features a grand kitchen stocked with all the finer kitchen necessities. Gather around the dining table seating 10 with 6 additional seats at the Breakfast Bar. Bring your favorite wine to stock the wine cooler, pull up a seat to the custom-made chess and checkers’ table. Take advantage of the perfectly relaxing living room with gas fireplace and smart TV. The second floor features a large primary King bedroom with a designated work area, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are two additional queen bedrooms and one bedroom with two twins over twin beds. These bedrooms share a full guest bathroom with tub/shower on that floor. The laundry room is also nestled in a tidy closet on the second floor convenient to the bedrooms. Up to the next level sits any child’s dream, their own space to be free spirited. Don’t let the rain or snow stop you from enjoying your getaway, the ping pong and air hockey tables are ready for hours of entertainment and there’s a kid's hide-away reading nook. This loft area has a Queen sleeper couch, 4 twin beds, two trundles, and a separate full bathroom with walk-in shower.

There is a work area set up in Primary Bedroom (Desk & Chair).

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
No matter the weather there is a space for you. Under the covered screened in porch with dining table and seating area or by the Fire Pit. There is always outdoor fun to be had!

LOCATION
Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the Sandcastle Playground and a quick (2 min) golf cart ride to the resort amenities. It's a 7 min. walk to Boardwalk or take the golf cart & park at golf parking lot at main entrance (3 min using golf cart).

PARKING
3-4 parking spaces; 1 in front of house parallel to street, 2-3 in the rear. There is an overflow parking lot at end of street (2 min. walk).

RESORT AMENITIES AND INFO * indicates a seasonal amenity.
4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing.

WRISTBANDS (to gain access to all the amenities and beach boardwalk) are required during Season mid May-end of Sept. Wristbands cost $15pp per STAY. Children Age 3 and under are free.
