The space
Villa LIVIA is a brand-new villa that offers 2 bedrooms that suit for 4 people, equipped with double bed and each room has air conditioning.

This spacious villa is perfect for families, couples & groups of friends.

This private villa is nestled in the heart of the jalan Drupadi in Seminyak. Very close from coffee, shops, restaurants and spas of jalan raya seminyak ( Shelter, Warung made..), it is also 5/10 min walk walking to Jl. Kayu Aya (also known as Eat Str. or Oberoi Str.) where you can find a variety of restaurants, boutiques, bars and spas.
The villa is just far enough away from the bustling of Seminyak to relax in a private and quiet atmosphere. Seminyak beach is at 1200m away.

A cozy living area, a private pool, comfortable king-size beds, en suite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen make a perfect home for families, couples and groups of friends.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning, safety boxes and en suite terrazo bathroom with shower. At night you will sleep in king-size beds on comfortable mattresses and we can also provide different kinds of pillows to make sure you have a good night’s sleep.

The total villa size is 400 m2 and the pool size is around 10 x 4m

The living area is open to the garden area and is equipped with ceiling fans. The bedrooms are closed and airconditioned.
