Carlee’s Cottage is a family and pet friendly, 3 bedroom home with a French Cottage feel, in a fun community that boasts large grass areas, a pool, hot tubs, walking paths, volleyball, and a playground. This is a quiet, peaceful place to stay. Close to golf, spring training, hiking and major freeways.
The space
Attractive and updated decor greets you throughout this farmhouse styled, 1100 square foot, three-bedroom cottage. The high vaulted ceilings in the living and kitchen area is perfect to host an evening in with family or friends including a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table to enjoy a meal or games accented by a shiplap wall. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional couch, 65” smart TV, and an area for games. Each bedroom was designed with comfort in mind, boasting 50+” smart TVs, highspeed internet, and memory foam mattresses on all beds. Step into the back patio where you can enjoy lounge seating, a bar-b-que and a fire pit. The community volleyball quart is a stones throw away and the community pool and playground are a short 2 minute walk!

If the parks and walking areas in the community are not enough, we are very close to various golf courses, hiking and even lakes. You can jump on one of the close major freeways to take advantage of the hiking, shopping, dining, and amenities with Old Town Scottsdale, ASU, Phoenix, Spring Training facilities, the Zoo, and golf only minutes away.
