Welcome to the newly remodeled Jasmine House. You`ll find that this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house is the perfect blend of Pacific northwest cultures. Tucked into a quiet but easily accessible North Eugene family neighborhood, you can reach all local event areas within a 15 minute drive time! This includes the U of O, Hult Center, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Downtown Eugene, Willamette river and central bike path system to name a few!

The Front Courtyard:
Once you`ve stepped foot through the front gate the courtyard will ease your pace and cleanse away your travel stresses. The owners have worked hard to landscape this front area and continually pop over in between guests to keep making it that Welcoming space you deserve!


The Space:
Upon arriving you`ll be asked to leave your shoes at the door so you can really enjoy the feels of a freshly cleaned home. Step inside to be greeted by Jasmines creative and calming energy. Everything in this home has been chosen with care and the desire to delight and relax your senses. Sink into the comfy couches to view the birds and squirrels out the front window or turn on your favorite show, read a book or unroll your yoga mat!

The Kitchen:
Is a true gem with it`s modern appliances being cleverly integrated into a cheery and simple aesthetic. This kitchen is stocked with all the cookware essentials so you can enjoy your favorite meal in the cheery adjoining dining room!

The Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide serene spaces for rest. The Sunstone room, named after Oregon`s state gemstone, offers a luxurious king sized bed made with uber soft fresh linens that are sure to gift you a peaceful nights sleep. The Big Sky room, named after one of the owners home states, includes a full size bunk bed and twin bed up top (100lbs limit in twin bed) and maintains those same comfy and crisp linens. The Big Sky room also offers a dedicated work space for those who might need to bring their work with them. If you are traveling with little people you can find that this room also includes a pack in play, high chair and changing station located in the closet.

The Bathroom:
The bathroom is a bright blend of modern functionality and PNW vibes. The pristine white shower, fixtures and real ferns are complimented with basic necessities like a hair dryer, makeup wash cloths, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. A truly invigorating space to start and end your day. There are even support bars around the toilet and shower areas if you need that little extra help.

The Backyard:
The perfect space to spend with your pup, drinking a cup of morning coffee or late afternoon beverage. The owners want you to know, currently this is a fully fenced yard but that it will be receiving a new upgraded fence coming this fall. Well behaved dogs are welcome here but are encouraged to stay out of plants and hushed from obsessive barking please.

Whether you`re seeking a chill getaway for two, family friendly retreat or a business stay over we hope the Jasmine House is the peaceful place your body and soul are craving during your travels. The owners have worked hard to create this relaxing space for your stay and have spent the last year tediously converting this 1960`s bungalow into just that. It was quite the large passion project for them as they transformed a retired pilots home with as little imprint on the planet as possible. Their plan is to continue to sweeten this little property and dial in the yard as time allows, make it the kind of place you`d love to stay in again and again.

This house is owned and created by Tommy & Kallee who live in the same neighborhood as the Jasmine House. They have chosen Wayne & Mitchell at Host Homes to manage guest stays. All correspondence will be with Mitch at Host Homes. If there is an emergency that pops up, Host Homes will contact the owner Tommy, first. As he may be the closest to respond. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the home

Pets are not allowed on beds or couches and you must bring bedding for your pet.

Kindly leave shoes off upon entering the house.

Please, Please Please remember to turn off lights and un needed devices when not in use.

Unplug curling/flat irons immediately after use.

Leave yard ornaments & furniture in current places and not scooted on the floors.

Please do not mess with the plants.

Plastic bags & paper bags may be stored under sink, future guests or us will reuse them.

No dyes of any kind to be used in the home.

Items that can go in the recycling bin in kitchen must be washed with no food remnants and are as follows. Plastics with #1 and #2 triangle, cans and bottles, paper and clean foil.

Please refrain from sitting on the couch arms... and, as a friend mentioned please don`t sit a naked booty on the furniture lol! We hope you laugh as hard as we did when we heard that.

Friendly reminder this is a no party property and no large gatherings. Quite time is 9pm to 7am.
