Great location, clean

This was our 2nd time staying in this room and it was amazing just as last time! Great view, clean property and room. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Short, Sweet, Serene

I can’t overstate how great of a stay this was! The host was timely and exhibited impeccable communication. I had gotten myself locked out of the condo I was staying in, the host was able to verify me and helped me get back in - all less than 5 minutes. The condo was CLEAN. I could have eaten off the floor. The bed was comfortable. There were toiletries! There were multiple toilet paper rolls! The host thought of everything. I highly recommend and suggest this host, place, and location. It was phenomenal. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there!

Loved it!

We loved that the place was within walking distance to all of the stores and main strip. The room was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever pots / pans you needed. The owner was super nice, accommodating, and would answer messages quickly. Overall loved our stay!

Mountain getaway

This is a very nice condo. Plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The only suggestion I would make is more pillows for the bed and supply an extra roll of toilet paper. That being said, BRING TOILET PAPER WITH YOU!! There’s only one roll provided. The condo’s location is at the south end of the main strip and requires walking about 1/2 a mile to even get to any restaurants and attractions. If you don’t mind walking to get to anything, the condo is a good choice.

Outdated, Uncomfortable and Dirty

Don't do it! I read on another review that the bed needed replaced, and it still does, it was uncomfortable and squeaked every time me or my wife moved. The furniture was uncomfortable and the whole place was dated. The worst of all it was dirty, someone spilled some water on the kitchen floor and when they wiped it up the towel was black. I could go on but if you want to stay at a 2 star condo this if for you but for the price I would keep looking,

Room needs updating and air fresheners

Head board needed dusting in master bedroom. Carpets were stained. The condo stunk really bad. Also had an odor that smelled like gas contacted owner they said the could not find leak had people parking in handicap parking spots that was not handicap a man had to push his wife in a wheelchair up a steep hill in the dark we will not stay here again pictures were very misleading

Perfect location

Great Condo, Private but Close to The Strip!

PROS: - Clean and comfortable area. Cozy and cute with good views of the strip and the mountainside on the other side. Decorated simply but nice. - Wifi available, 2 keys given, cable, TVs in each room - Nice patio that is a great size. - 2 full restrooms with linens and TP. - Fully stocked kitchen. Maybe need some ccertain pots/pans but all of the basic necessities were covered. - Close to the Gatinburg Strip, The glass elevator had a great view of the main strip of Gatlinburg. - The owner was very quick to respond to booking and replied with all of the details we needed. The key office was also very polite and explained everything we needed to know about our stay. CONS: - Walking up the hill to your condo after walking the strip is a work out when you're tired. Prepare to stay out because you wont want to make too many trips back in and out if you decide to walk everywhere all day like we did :) - The king bed was a bit lumpy but not awful. The room with the King bed also didn't have an ac unit like the other bedroom but it had a small vent coming from the AC for the living area. - My biggest downside was that we specifically tried to find a place with a pool in case we ended up with warm weather. The weekend was in the 90's and the pool was closed. We had to watch everyone else cool off in their nice pools that were open.

Truly an awesome place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for us! We walked into town every day. Convenience was great although the hill going back when tired was a bit steep! The queen bed was very comfortable, but the king was a bit lumpy. It made rolling over quite an experience! Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely book this condo again!

One night stay

We were passing through town and wanted a place to stay that was within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. This place was perfect. Bedrooms just the right size and the living room was comfortable to relax and watch some tv. We were here less than 24 hours but it was much nicer to have the family in one unit rather than having to rent two hotel rooms. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Great !!

My family and I came to gatlinburg for a little weekend getaway in hopes that the leaves would be changed but we were a few weeks to early. But overall we had a great weekend. I love it there !!!

Get what you pay for

Overall wasn't bad. Kinda outdated. Felt nasty. Nice pool (shallow). Located very ideally. Everything just needs a good cleaning.

Great location

Great Location!

The condo was very clean, and it's location was perfect. We could walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The kitchen is small but sufficient, and the beds were comfortable.

Good stay for a great price

We probably aren't the typical guests. We moved to the area and needed a place for a month until we could get settled, so our stay was longer than most. The condo was clean and comfortable and would be a 5 start for a shorter stay. The kitchen was very tiny and didn't really have room for most amenities. There were some issues with the internet, it would go out almost every day. The management was responsive in having their maintenance person reset it though. Overall it's in a great location and walking distance to most attractions in Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay there again.

OMG! Never again!

Where do I start! This condo is in desperate need of an extreme makeover!! I felt like I was stuck in the eighties or maybe I should say nineties since that was the date on the mattress in the second bedroom, not kidding 1990!!! Felt like we where sleeping on the floor! The master bedroom was a little better, it had a 2004 mattress, and it had a 13 inch TV in the master bedroom!! The internet access connection was poor! 19 inch TV in the living room with very minimal channels! The back door to the balcony would not close very well and you could feel the cold air coming in. We ran out of hot water after 2 showered and had to wait for it to reheat. The only thing up to date was the kitchen appliances, which we did not use....Very small parking lot. We seen several stinkbugs as well. I hate to be so harsh but I wish someone would have been a little more honest in their review so I would not have thrown our money away on this disaster of a condo!
