Hello Kim! Yes there is a propane grill available. It is stated in the rental agreement you signed and the pre arrival information that we do not provide propane. Often previous guests leave empty tanks behind and you are welcome to have one or more of those refilled at the nearby exchange station. The sign on the ac says please do not set below 68 degrees. Our apologies you were upset about having to provide your own propane and the misreading of the ac sign. - Thanks NBE

We’re thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed the lake views, especially the sunrise—it’s one of our favorite parts of the home as well. We’re glad the firepit, kayaks, and games added to your experience, and it’s great to know the kitchen had everything you needed (New Year’s Day chili sounds perfect!). We appreciate you mentioning the water pressure in the main bath shower. That feedback is very helpful, and we’ll be looking into it to see how we can improve it for future guests. Hi Dawn, it is stated at the very top of the listing that ID and CC is to be presented prior to arrival. We are not a 3rd party, we are the local management company for this home, VRBO is a third party site that we advertise on that you booked through. We do provide a "Starter" pack of hotel sized amenities, there is a list of how many trash bags, dish pods, rolls of toilet paper and paper towels for our guests which is also stated in the rental agreement that you did sign and it is also in the list of items to bring that is also emailed and text to you prior to your arrival. It is very disheartening to hear you have such a negative feelings about our Management services when none of these issues were brought to our attention during your stay, especially the cleanliness of the home. We had guests depart on the day of your arrival, our professional cleaning crew came through, we also had a staff member quality check the home after it was cleaned. We would have been more than happy to send them back out if you had made us aware the property was not cleaned to your standard instead of reading about it in such an ugly review. We hope you find a rental company that best suits your needs as we will not be hosting for you in the future. Thanks, NBE.
