Dawn 315 – Saltwater Escape is a cozy oasis where you can relax after a day of adventure. The living room is perfect for unwinding and comes with a Smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows. You can prepare a beach picnic in the kitchen, which comes with major appliances and cookware. Retire to the king size bed, and watch TV until you fall asleep. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower for a relaxing rinse. And with a washer and dryer available, you can pack light and freshen up your clothes during your stay.

Condo was very nice as described. TV in bedroom did not work was our only issue. We reported it and they said a work order was put in. Not a big issue as there’s a working tv in the living room.

The condo was fantastic! Very clean and spacious. Extremely happy we stayed there. The Dawn is one of our favorite facilities to stay and we will book Saltwater Escape again.

We have stayed at the Dawn several times over the last 15 years. This was our first time to be in a condo without washing detergent and extra tp. We had to go to walmart to purchase supplies. Other than that great stay.

It was a nice spot for a quick trip to Galveston. The place was very clean. Has a nice clean pool. Literally down the street from the beach and also close to a Walmart that is very convenient when out on a trip.

Great Stay

My family really enjoyed staying here. It is very clean and has all the necessary things. Keep in mind it does not face the beach so you will not be able to see the beach from the condo however it is a quick walk. The pool heaters were broken, making it hard to use the pool during March. Also, the listing doesn’t state that you will have to pay parking when you get there.

Great experience

The check in process was a little annoying as the tablets lagged and nobody gave much direction when we walked in. The staff also seemed annoyed we were there. Besides that, the condo was beautiful and well appointed. I do think there could be a couple ride pods to wash clothes though. Also some hand soap in the bathrooms, like in a dispenser. Super cute place, nice and quiet but people having fun. Landscaping needs help, talked to an owner at the pool about that. Will definitely return!

Please note that your GPS address will take you to the visitor spots located in front of property off of Seawall. BUT, you need to turn on 69th Street to get to the gated entrance to the property. (This would have saved me a lot of frustration.) Make sure you have a copy of all of the codes ahead of time because you will need them to access the different areas.Dawn Condos Office HRS: Sun-Th 9am-6pm and Fri-Sat 9am-10pm. Find them online and you can pay for your parking pass ahead of time. You still need to go get your pass and the pool bands from the office. (Please note that there are not designated parking spots. It is first-come, first-served.)The pictures shown in the listing are accurate. The condo was clean and as described. (I had one bug visitor during the stay, but nothing that my shoe did not help make gone!)I loved the keyless entry feature of this unit.There is filtered water on the fridge. Wish I noticed in the picture before buying water.I would have appreciated brighter lights throughout the unit.I truly appreciated the online access from the rental company to the condo information. Would be nicer to get access a little earlier. I came to TX earlier than my condo stay so I did not have access to a printer. I had to rely on screen shots on my cell phone. Did not like last minute request for photo of me with my ID.It would have been nice to have a layout of the property to know where things were located ahead of time.Thanks!

Ferienwohnung in einer Anlage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles notwendige in der Küche war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Negativ war die kaputte Balkontür, welche nur durch einen Holzstock am Boden geschlossen werden konnte und dringend repariert werden müsste. Die Insel und der Ort Galveston sind, wenn man nur wenige Meilen hinausfährt wunderbar. Der Strand direkt vor der Anlage ist nicht so gut, eher schmal, ein wenig verschmutzt und voll mit Seegras, welches niemals beräumt wurde. Sehr gut, ein WalMart zum Einkaufen ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen.
