2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Linkside Court 21 is a beautifully updated three-bedroom townhouse in one of Wild Dunes’ most serene and scenic settings — a quiet intracoastal community with stunning marsh and golf course views that guests describe as the cherry on top. The vaulted ceilings and dual screen porches make the space feel open, airy, and private all at once. New appliances, furniture, and decor throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and access to the Linkside Court pool, tennis, and pickleball complex just outside.

The beach and Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, restaurants, and bike trails are a short drive or bike ride away, and downtown Charleston is just 30–40 minutes from your door.

Linkside Court 21 guests have access to the Linkside Court community pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Your Linkside Court community complex includes tennis and pickleball courts. Additional pay-to-play courts at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center and free courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center.
